Ive been needing to post a review about this chair for a while because I was so happy! It took me ages to find exactly what I wanted and I looked everywhere I wanted a desk chair that was more of an accent chair, living in NYC space is not on my side items have to double up as two things. Functional + aesthetically pleasing, plus it was very difficult especially given the height of my desk (which is a little higher than your standard) to meet that criteria too. I looked on all the big furniture places but I wasn’t sold on any and I was willing to pay a lot more. The fact this one looked so cute and also swiveled for such a good price, I was sure it was too good to be true and would come looking completely different. But I took a chance on it and was not disappointed. It could be a little higher, when you look at the picture but it doesn’t bother me at all, it’s comfy and it swivels perfectly. It was very easy to put together once I got past the first hurdle, I’m also very bad at that stuff. You are getting a lot of value for your money here and it will go with a lot of different aesthetics, I even threw a pink knot pillow on there to add some colour. 10/10 I wanted to post a review for anyone else thinking is this too good to be true, buy the chair! ... show more

The red chair is NOT red. It's almost burgundy, more of a wine color. It looks nothing like most of the photos in person. When I saw it, I immediately knew I had to return it because the specific color was very important for my use. The company refused to take any responsibility for the difference in what they advertised vs what I received. They told me most people end up liking the color and decide not to return it (after they know how much shipping it back will cost), which showed that this happens often. They were adamant this was not their fault, and they wouldn't provide a free return. I paid $89 for a return label that they sent me that then had to be used within 3 days. After they told me it might take a week to even send me the label after I agreed to their outrageous price, I then had only 3 days to use it. I had to call in favors from a friend to avoid losing even more money to this completely unaccommodating company. I would certainly caution anyone about buying from this company and don't expect them to cooperate with you at all or be reasonable. Huge pain. ... show more
