The media could not be loaded. Great communication from the seller. Placed order on Sunday, received confirmation from the seller that the order was coming in 4 shipments. Seller gave me all FedEx tracking numbers later the next day. Received two boxes on Wednesday, and the other two the next day. I ordered the day before the holiday, so I’m very pleased with the delivery time. The boxes were not too heavy that I couldn’t bring them inside myself. I waited for all four packages to arrive, then opened up everything at the same time. The instructions are straightforward. Easy to assemble. I did it myself casually in about an hour. Instructions suggest waiting 48hr for everything to “bounce back”. The seat cushions are pretty good now. The back pillows could probably use a little more filler, but I’ll give it some time and some fluffing as suggested. I will add some accent pillows to make it look really nice. There are suggestions for cleaning spills as well as regular upkeep in the instructions. There is room for storage in the both ottomans. You can change pillow configurations based on if you want both to be freestanding, or if you want the chaise layout (pictured). The sofa is the perfect size and sits in my space the way I expected. I used the AI tool to see how it would look in the room first before purchasing. It rendering is pretty accurate. I haven’t used it yet, however it appears to be a solid, sturdy sofa. I did sit on the ottoman and the cushion is comfortable. This is a great buy for an apartment or a smaller space where you want to maximize seating. I may come back after some time to add my thoughts on how it’s holding up.

The color is perfect and the choices of arranging right or left facing chaise is nice. It was very easy to put together and it suits the decor of our living room. The tray side of the foot stool is perfect when entertaining.

To begin this review I have to admit I have a little story about the product- and for customers to heed my advice- follow directions! I did not, and thought something was wrong- wanted to send it back, realized it was my fault, put it together correctly and absolutely love it. The size, shape, color and comfort and just what I was looking for ( and I looked for a long time). I highly recommend this sectional, but again, follow directions!👍

I did not realize the sofa would be delivered on two separate days. The sofa is a bit firm, almost too firm on the seats but hopefully they will loosen up soon. The color is good.

This is a good sofa. It was what I was looking for and I’m happy with the purchase. It was much less $$ than I was finding in local furniture stores. There’s a little assembly involved but that wasn’t too complicated. It’s very firm so if you’re looking for big soft cushions this isn’t for you. I’m very happy with the quality.

So my fiancé and I just bought a house and it needed repairs. He had already had a big hit on his credit because of said house. We went to a well known furniture store in our city, found our LITERAL DREAM COUCH! But due to the credit hit, we were not able to buy it. I jumped on Amazon and found this gem! I put it together by myself, super easy! Instructions were easy to follow! It needs more sitting to wear down due to stiffness, but it’s so comfy! The cushion that comes with the ottoman is way flat compared to the others. And the long cushion to make it a sectional is to stiff initially. I have the long vision on the couch so our butts can squish it. We wanted to buy a second one, but it wasn’t available :( I’m a fat girl and it supports me and my fiancé and our husky and our 10 year old and our cats and my grandmama!
