I bought this around dec 01 23. Thoney was taken out instantly. I decided to return it, to complicated for me. I used the same box, wiped down the detector and sent it back. They received it on the 21st. Said 3 days for refund. This is Jan 11 now. Still no money. It told me Jan 6 th. Then Jan 9 th. Then Jan 14. Do these people need money more than i do?
