For the price of this metal detector, the buyer is getting superior quality. Nokta is a well-known company and they have developed a wonderfully-priced machine for a beginner. Very durable construction, ease of assembly, and super easy to learn to use. After unboxing the metal detector, I was digging targets in 10 minutes. It’s very accurate, and is not a chatty/chirpy detector. I have owned other brand low-priced detectors that were bought on Amazon that beeped for no reason. The Nokta FindX doesn’t do that. This is my first NOKTA and I must say I am very impressed with this machine. I love the way you can easily break down the shift for compact carrying. It's lightweight and doesn't make my arm fatigue. I love the way the pinpointed on the machine works, giving you a very accurate location. I've tested this NOKTA on some sites I've detected before, and have found things deeper than my other machines have. I took this machine out today (20240427) and hit a few parks in my town. It did amazing! A great entry level machine! For those who want to know ID numbers, search for Simplex+ target IDs. They are similar. It is a very light, turn on and go machine. I would recommend it to my mom to use.
