First of all, I love the size of these binoculars. They will be easy to pack for traveling. Also, I can see very clearly and the focus is easy to adjust. For my needs, I didn’t require anything too high tech or fancy. The NOCs are perfect. The color selection is great; they’re light and I can carry them in my purse when I travel. I purchased the nocs standard issue 8x25 binos as a second set, wildlife observation is difficult with 2 people and 1 pair of binos. The clarity is decent not great, you may find a cheaper alternative that works as well. The durability of the standard issue 8x25 seems really good, they've survived being treated like toy binoculars by a five year old on a woods walk.....so for the elevated price point, relative to features it seems you get an extra measure of durability. The rubber armor is great looking and the color options give the nocs great findability inside of a pack/dry bag. Overall the standard issue work well for their intended purpose as a second set for less than careful hands young or old. The compact nature of the design also lends well to a light and fast modality.

These are well-made powerful little binoculars. Perfect for birding but also for general viewing. I kinda wish I had spent a bit more and gotten a higher powered pair but these are perfect for stowing in a daypack and getting out quickly to spot something. Very high quality for a moderate price point!

Cool design but returned for a refund because these aren't worth the price for the strength. Can't see very far for real world, distant nature observation use. For most people they'll be used once and collect dust. Maybe a kid or young teen might find them interesting for casual use but serious hobbyists will be disappointed.
