These bands are pretty self explanatory, but I find them to be FAR BETTER than any of those ones you see hanging at the gym. Plus, with everything from handles to a bag they essentially have a full kit that’s self contained instead of everything just laying around. Still exploring different stretches and exercises, but so far these versatile little guys are quite impressive. The elastic is highly pliable while not degrading like lower quality versions. They’re light, made for transport, and can get that blood true and well pumping. Well Done.

Pros: *Large variety or resistances *Can be combined for different resistances as strength increases *Useful accessories included *Can be used anywhere Cons: *Good for strength and endurance workouts, but not meant for bodybuilding I got these for my teenage son to use, as we do not have weights and cannot afford gym memberships. With this set, he is able to do a lot of different workouts and do so at home. Based on the amount of straps and accessories, I feel like this was a good purchase.

The quality of these resistance bands is top-notch, deserving a 5-star rating on that aspect alone. The wrist/ankle straps and handles are also of high quality. However, I have some reservations about the set's contents, which led me to dock a star from my rating. Specifically: 1. The absence of 80LB and 50LB bands is puzzling. 2. The set includes four handles but only one ankle/wrist strap. 3. Only one Velcro comfort strap is provided. If I were to focus solely on the quality, I'd highly recommend this set. However, due to these specific concerns, my recommendation comes with a caveat.

This is a great set that allows you to get a complete workout without leaving the house. There is a large variety of weighted bands with hand and ankle attachments. It can be used to get in shape or in conjunction with physical therapy. I didn't want to use the door anchor so I have a board with wall anchors that I feel are much more sturdy while using the bands.

I have to admit, I was a little surprised at how nice these exercise bands are. I needed some bands for physical therapy after an injury. These bands work perfect! Actually, some of them are even too strong for me to use. The entire kit comes with everything you might need to do a home workout including the grips and all the clips. Everything fits nice and tidy inside the small bag, helpful for traveling.

This is a great set of resistance bands to use for home workouts. It includes several bands of different resistance levels and allows you to do a variety of different exercises at home. They are easy to store and even portable if you wanted to take them with you during travel. This was the perfect addition to my home gym. This comes with 6 high quality bands that can be added together to create almost any combination of weight. It has 4 handles to switch between multiple types of workouts without having to waste any time between sets. Plenty of carabiners to make all necessary connections or if you lose any. I am very pleased with this set and the quality it has been held to. I was a little skeptical at first and these have completely changed my mind. I would recommend for any home gym as they add a new element to your workout and can be used anywhere with the provided door anchor and protective cover.
