This is a great value for a compact yet efficient sub ported sub enclosure that wrings the most out of a small sub. Map out and pre-drill your screw holes for maximum ease. Plug and play. It does well with small and subtle, it also works great with high excursion subs for maximum power and loosening of dental work. The connection hardware is cheap, but easily replaced with whatever style you prefer. For even more physics-defying volume, don’t just leave an empty tube, load it up with whatever damping material you have around. Tear up an old pillow or two, shred some old rags, crumple newspaper, or do what I did and pack it with the 900 old plastic bags piled up in the pantry. Had to use a spacer that had a smaller 8in hole lol. It’s ok I know it’s made for multiple woofers. Also why solder 22 gage wire to terminals, is it copper? Don’t feel like it. All all I love the tube. It worked well for my convertible. I also bought a 10in tube made from the same company from a friend. That one worked perfect no complaints. I would buy from them moving forward. Sound quality is great. Carpet looked perfect ... show more

The product is very flimsy. Imagine the actor from Honey I Blew up the Kids; grabbed a toilet paper roll the cardboard roll, and blew it up. Then stapled a wooden ring on top and bottom. Cut a half circle hole at the bottom of the roll to make it the air gap that lets it escape into the port. Did a bad silicone job covering whatever gaps are there. And in my opinion; the port hole is too big for whatever subwoofer is applied to this tube. The speaker hole is to wide. I have yet to find a subwoofer that seats good on this ring. The sound is very muffled almost as if echoed. Description showed two, only received one. It’s a very light item. Carpet looks like your typical subwoofer enclosure. ... show more

Well, they are the Wrong Size for the Application they were intended for, but because of the build quality and the price, I decided to keep them. However, the Cables provided are.. ..Small in Guage, I recommend using a Larger diameter wire for Subwoofer Applications.

well I saw the reviews where people had the screws strip out when installing the sub. I figured it was just people over tightening the screw or something. When I went to install the sub I was very careful, I predrilled pilot holes and only used a screwdriver by hand, no power tools. the first screw went great the next 3 wouldn't tighten so I had to make a ring out of plywood and glue it in. I hope it at least sounds good when I'm done or I'll be pretty aggravated... well it all worked out with the plywood ring glued in. the tube actually sounds freaking great. my friends are impressed with how much bass out of a single 8 inch tube. ... show more

Perfect for my corvette convertible . A standard 10inch box was too tall to drop too. So this 8inch tube works perfectly, gonna get a 2nd one to maximize my boom .lol
