Love,Love this Ninja! Perfect for us. We had a single K cup German made one that worked well. But this one is SO superior to a K cup maker because not only will it make single K cup, but because it has a separate basket for grounds, and the ability to make anywhere from 6 oz to 24 oZ - it is so versatile. And the grounds drip process yields a delicious cup of coffee, better than when we had to stuff grounds into a single K cup holder. The larger filter cup is easy to clean, and we make up to 24 oz at a time, we make 18 oz which gives both of us a large flavorful cup of coffee - but at the same time... no more doing his first, then mine... and if company is here - we can make a big pitcher of coffee by using the 24 oz...to serve 3 people. And we save money because I am not drinking nearly as many K cups. I love my coffee hot - and this way, we know for sure we have 3 cups of hot coffee and can sit down and drink at the same time. Drip coffeepots never seem to stay hot enough long enough for me. Highly recommend this coffeemaker. And the iced coffee feature is nice too. Compact design to store Kcup holder inside which reduces counter clutter. And the larger water tank is better than our old German styled K cup machine. Highly recommend this Ninja!! ... show more

I looked at a million coffee machines and, in the end, I wanted a machine that did single-cup brewing and supported reusable k-cups. I ordered this one because I really like my other Ninja products, the price point was good, and it had some good reviews. THIS IS AN AMAZING BREWER. I've been using Keurig machines for drip and a Breville espresso machine for years and thought coffee was solved. This makes MUCH better drip than my Keurig ever did. It's a little slower to brew, but for the taste it's totally worth. It comes with a basket if you want to brew a bigger pot which I haven't used yet, so I'm look forward to that next time I have guests. I don't really have any complaints! It takes up very little space, it's a great looking little machine with a very slick interface, and - most importantly - it brews a delicious cup of coffee. ... show more

FINALLY my search is over! I've gone through two other terrible coffee makers since Christmas 2023. Both of them would drip endlessly, brew slow, and the coffee tasted worse than my 10 year old Keurig lol. But this Ninja is the G.O.A.T! It makes a hot cup every time, has a nice quiet beep to let you know when it's done and it's so easy to use! Takes the guesswork out of measuring coffee to ounces of water. Love that it's height adjustable up to about a 24oz tumbler. The coffee tastes amazing whether ground or K-cups. OH and the frother is the best and easiest I've ever used! Easy to clean the frother and whole machine really. I've only had it for about a month so I can't say anything about the durability yet, but I'm in love with this thing. Now I want to buy all Ninja products! Only thing I will say is that the iced feature is advertised to not create watered down coffee, yet it melted all my cubes. Still tastes good and very cold, but will add another spoonful of coffee to balance that out. Hope this lasts for years to come! ... show more

Great coffee maker overall. Pros; Perfect width, sturdy, heats up fast, froth maker works well, fits all size cups which was a must. You can place the cup holder at different levels so if you have a small mug it won’t splash. Also holds a good amount of water so your not refilling it constantly. Also has side compartment to hold the other pod holder/basket. Also lights up when need to descale as a nice reminder. Cons; not much for me except it was expensive and it broke 4 months later. Could just be a lemon so will see when new one gets shipped out. The company was easy to work with and will be sending a new one out but I have to pay for shipping. ... show more

I wanted a machine that could use pods, ground coffee or even make tea, well this machine can. We have a bean to cup all singing and dancing coffee machine from a well known Italian brand but I sometimes like to use flavoured ground coffees and my other half always complains they taint the taste of his Cappuccino even after a rinse cycle. So I decided to get a machine that could use ground coffee and pods as well, because why not? This does all that and more. It is a good sturdy feeling machine, everything clips into place with a satisfying click and nothing feels like it might snap if you are not gentle with it. It's compact with a narrow footprint so doesn't take up much space but has a good sized water tank. It has 2 interchangeable holders for either pods or tea/coffee and the spare stores neatly in it's own drawer on the machine when not in use, switching them out is really simple. There is a scoop that clips in on the side for measuring ground coffee or loose tea and on the other side is a built in milk frother for when the frothy coffee mood takes you. It does everything I could possibly want, does it super fast and is easy to clean. There is no auto self clean cycle and the setting for cleaning is actually a full decalc cycle but you can either pour water in the pod holder with a cup under to rinse it through or what I normally do is just set it to a 6 oz brew cycle with no pod or coffee in just to rinse everything out before switching it off. I'm so glad I bought this model, it's perfect for my needs and so simple and intuitive to use. I've already recommended it to everyone I know ... show more
