While the product is good the company Beach Camera is not so good. There was no information on the bundle 2yr warranty nor was there the guide and recipe book that was advertised. Can’t get in touch with Beach Camera and Ninja does not provide any information when contacting direct. Stay away from purchasing anything from Beach Camera as they advertise one thing but sell you not everything as advertised. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. You get what you pay for lol as long as it makes me ice cream and doesn’t break, I’m totally fine with the superficial damage. It came with 2 year plan and I saved like $47 off top then the $44-$60 protection plan money so a $90 saving for some scuffs isn’t bad.
