    • Low setting is really low for meat
So far i have used the low, high, and sear/sauté settings on this cooker. The low setting and the high setting seem to be to the extreme for crockpot standards (i’ve tried cooking pulled pork on the low setting for 8hours more than once and it never gets done somehow) but the high setting would be too high to cook for long periods of time. The sear/sautè setting works really well and gives meat a really beautiful char. I’m excited to see how the rest of the settings do and how accurate they are. Really my only complaint is how low the low setting is, like there almost needs to be a medium setting for cooking large pieces of meat for long periods of time. ... show more
