So far it functions like another we have at work. We use it sevtimes a day a t times. Great quality. Cooks evenly for the most part. Machine doesn't get to hot on outside. Door seals well. These are the ones you want to buy. Tried other brands returned them all.

No manual or book. I guess it doesn't indicate that they are included, however, it does say all original components are included. These come with 2 roasting pans, (I recieved only 1) Included was the wire racks and basket rack, as well as a broiling type pan. I have to purchase the second roasting pan seperatly, which again, 2 are supposed to come with this model. Overall it is in good condition, but ALL components included means ALL. That would include 2 roasting pans.

In all fairness, however, we were not 'air fry' people to begin with, now we are definitely not air fry people. I mean, if you cannot make absolutely astonishingly good french fries in an air fryer, that what????? We did try several different items but nothing came out of this mechanism in better form than cooking the food in a more traditional way. We prepared chicken breasts in a couple different ways, nothing special. So, this was not for us. I am not saying it isn't a good product but, I do think if you are trying the concept of air frying out that you should, perhaps, have someone you know who does use one, to teach you. That may make a difference. Good luck. P.S. It wasn't particularly easy to clean either.

I sure am happy that I bought this Ninja. I'm still learning how to use it but it's great. It's easy to clean and operate. One of the things that I like is that it has a light inside. No problems here.
