I sure am happy that I bought this Ninja. I'm still learning how to use it but it's great. It's easy to clean and operate. One of the things that I like is that it has a light inside. No problems here.

Replaced an rv oven and instant pot vortex air fryer. So glad I went with this unit after some extensive research. For what I need it is perfect. And it actually gets to 450 on air fry with some amazing convection power.

I love the fact that this smaller oven is as efficient as my large oven, therby using less energy. Like: size, functions, concept. Could be improved: baking and roast often need the maximum amount of time, just wonderfing if the oven really gets to displayed temp. Do not like: it is recommended to clean the oven every time you use it. I don't mind wiping down the interior, just don't want to have to use an oven cleaner each time. I do go to the foodi first for cooking everything but large items. ... show more

First one I bought the glass heaters got red hot. worked great until one of the heat bars exploded while in use and sprayed glass all over the food I was trying to cook. Sooo glad I did not have the door open when it blew. Had to spend 75.00 to send it back for repair/replacement. They sent a new unit which just seemed realllllyyyyy slow in cooking. Has only gotten worse in the few months I have had it. Now the glass heaters do not even get red at all. Little to no heat coming from this unit what so ever. Pizza, 35 minutes and still cold in the center? Hit the customer service link and this product does not even come up on the ninja website. Hmmmm? Guess they dont want to talk about the epic failure of this product. I reufuse to spend ANOTHER huge amount of $ to send it back. And I doubt I want another one anyways unless they can guarantee the 3rd time is a charm. Do not recommend! ... show more

    • Just not too impressed.
In all fairness, however, we were not 'air fry' people to begin with, now we are definitely not air fry people. I mean, if you cannot make absolutely astonishingly good french fries in an air fryer, that what????? We did try several different items but nothing came out of this mechanism in better form than cooking the food in a more traditional way. We prepared chicken breasts in a couple different ways, nothing special. So, this was not for us. I am not saying it isn't a good product but, I do think if you are trying the concept of air frying out that you should, perhaps, have someone you know who does use one, to teach you.
