We've had other countertop oven/air fryers and used them daily. This Ninja double oven is by far the best. Having two ovens in one is remarkably efficient and makes meal production faster and easier. You can do steak in one, fries in the other, or a meal for adults in one, and different items for the kids in the other, or an entree in one and a dessert in the other. This appliance is well built, well thought out, and the learning curve on the controls is short.... but it's there, especially regarding use of the thermometer. The internal food temperature thermometer is a big plus when you correctly use it. We are thrilled with this double oven and have fun using it every day. Only downsides are it's a bit noisy (a minor issue), a bit larger than traditional toaster ovens, and the large sheet pans and air fryer basket are supposed to be washed by hand, so cleanup is a bit of a chore. All in all, however, we would buy this again in a minute!

I absolutely love this ninja oven. It makes it so easy to prepare meals, especially dinner. I can pop veggies in the top and cook chicken on the bottom. Once the timer is set there’s nothing else to do except relax until your meal is ready. It’s easy to cook whole meals, but I can also toast bagels, and perform much similar kitchen functions too. It’s replaced many appliances in my kitchen. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. The only thing I would suggest for future improvement is to automatically turn on the “keep warm” function once the timer is up. Especially if the other timer for the other section is still running. All in all would recommend and purchase again.

This Ninja oven is impressive in both design and performance. The double oven feature with FlexDoor makes it easy to cook two different dishes at once without mixing flavors. The smart thermometer takes the guesswork out of cooking, and the 12 functions give plenty of flexibility for baking, roasting, air frying, and more. Heats up quickly, cooks evenly, and is simple to clean. A great upgrade for any kitchen that saves both time and space.

The size is very good. Having 2 ovens in-one is a plus. Air-fry works great. Have been using it for several months now and found that toasting takes longer than it did in the first few weeks. Very noticeable difference. Two negatives: 1. There is a cooling fan that runs after the oven stops (for ALL functions). It runs insanely long and does not seem to serve any purpose. Nor is it detecting the temp. Tested this by unplugging and plugging back in. The fan did not kick back on, so it must be on a fixed timer. All products have a "mean time before failure (MTBF)". My theory is the cooling fan will wear out far sooner than it should and might render the oven useless. So I've put the oven on a short power strip to cut power and stop the fan from running. No toaster oven (or toaster) I've ever had over many decades has every had a post-op cooling fan. 2. The lower oven does not have a broiler element. You can only broil in the top oven. Not terrible, but did not expect that. It does otherwise operate very well. The outside skin stays remarkable cool when cooking. There is a "slight" bleed-thru of heat from the lower to the upper oven, but doubt it's enough to have any real effect on top-baking time/temp.

Having used a smaller Ninja digital air fryer pro for almost 5 years, i wanted to update to allow larger baking spaces while staying on side of my kitchen counter. This oven fits the bill. Dual options for larger roasts and smaller oven for straight baking, toasting, and broiling. There is definitely a learning curve to dial in temps and time, but so far every meal has come out terrific and quicker than a giant oven. Clean up is a breeze as well as long as you wipe it down after each use. Lots of modes seems confusing, as really some seem to just duplicate efforts. But that still allows for a lot of versatile baking styles to produce quality meals with fewer steps. Very glad I upgraded to this terrific appliance.

This oven/toaster/air fryer works really well. The toast turns out perfectly crispy and it works much faster than my old toaster oven. Croissants are evenly brown and perfect texture. I've only used the air fryer to heat packaged things according to their directions and they turn out thoroughly heated and a nice crispy finish. The controls are very easy to use, and it remembers the last settings for each category. For example, I set toast to darkness of 3 and slices to 1 and as long as I'm doing the same amount, I just hit start. Likewise it remembers (different) settings for bagels, for reheat, etc. I rarely write reviews, but this product is so good I made an exception. I'll consider other products from this brand in the future.
