I'm very happy with this Ninja coffee maker! It arrived in like new condition and on time. As always, I began by running the clean cycle with some white vinegar and cold water to sanitize it. The process takes about 90 minutes, but worked perfectly, and there was no sediment in the filter when finished. The drip maker works very well, and brews a very hot pot of coffee in no time. I prefer the "bold" setting, and the coffee is rich and flavorful, so the machine is giving the grounds plenty of time to do their magic with the water. The k-cup attachment also works very well. It maxes out at 12 ounces, which is fine, and again, the coffee is very hot and tasty. The delay setting works well, but you have to move through the various settings quickly or it bounces you out of the delay settings, and you'll need to start over again. Once you figure out the controls, though, it's simple. The delay setting also remembers the last settings you used, so if you use the same settings daily, setting up for your next brew is a few button presses away. The warming plate gets very warm, so the coffee stays hot between cups. I'm also able to put my 30 ounce Yeti Rambler under the drip and brew directly into the travel mug using the 28 ounce serving size. Do NOT put plastic travel mugs directly on the plate - they will likely melt if you're not using k-cups because the plate heats up if a k-cup or iced is not the selected brew. Don't leave metal travel mugs on the plate long, either because they can and will get hot from the plate! All in all, I'm pleased with this purchase, and would highly recommend it!

I’ve gone through more coffee makers than I care to admit, and I can honestly say the NINJA DUAL BREW PRO HOT & ICED COFFEE MAKER is the first one that truly checks every box. ✅ It looks nice on the counter without taking over the whole kitchen. ✅ No complicated setup, no guessing, just good coffee and fast! ✅ But what keeps me loving it, is how well it actually performs. The difference between the classic and rich brew ☕️settings is noticeable (not just a gimmick), and the iced coffee🧋 feature is hands-down my favorite—no more watered-down coffee halfway through the glass. It actually tastes like something you’d pay way too much for at a coffee shop. ✅ I also didn’t realize how much I’d appreciate being able to switch between K-pods and ground coffee. On busy mornings, pods are a lifesaver, but when I have a little extra time, using my favorite grounds makes it feel like a treat. It’s rare to find a machine that does both this well. ✅The 60 oz removable reservoir is another underrated feature—less constant refilling, and it’s super easy to take off and clean. Same with the dishwasher-safe parts…because let’s be honest, if it’s annoying to clean, being able to put those parts in the dishwasher is a lifesaver! We had a ninja product for years but needed an upgrade. We were so excited to find this product and got it out to start setting it up. We were walking through the steps for high altitude calibration when it clicked off. Hum. Ok, I’ll try a different outlet. Set the clock, started the brewing process and again clicked off and then back on. Moved to a different location and same result. I got online with tech support since we had bought the warranty. After 40 minutes I was told to just put through a claim. Well, I went to see if I could find the same machine at a local spot and upon looking at the reviews for the product at a big box store wouldn’t you know, but others had reported the same issue. We figured it was because it was a refurbished machine but seeing people say it was powering off with the ones new from big box stores to me = overall problem. So, this said, still like the Ninja brand but stay away. This product, new or used, isn’t worth the hassle. Good luck

Works like new! I always try refurbished first to save some money!! This was packaged perfectly & included everything it would have new. The coffee maker its self is our favorite! We’ve had Keurig the last 10+ years and after the last one only lasted 9 months I was done! The temperature of the coffee is always hot consistently, it holds a good amount of water, I like that it brews kcups or a pot of coffee very easily by switching the pieces.

The coffee maker, though refurbished, was clean, in good working condition, and the packaging was adequate. There was a crucial part missing from the box, the pod adapter. I bought this maker specifically for the dual pod and pot capabilities. I contacted the company, they are sending the missing part. The coffee it makes is good, the choices between brew strength (classic and rich) are noticeably different, both settings make a good pot of coffee. I took a risk on a refurbished coffee maker, and it turned out alright. It is a good value for the money.

I absolutely love this coffee maker. I loved it after the first use. This is such a huge step up from the Keurig duo, a similar product I had before buying this. My favorite parts about this coffee maker are the quicker brew time, it comes with measuring spoon (and storage! plus additional accessory storage), water compartment is ergonomic and easy to maneuver (you don’t have to move the whole machine to access the water), measuring labels on water compartment, self clean option, lifted tray for pods/kcups to minimize splashing. Things I dislike (but not enough to return the machine or take away a star) are that the machine doesn’t come in a solid color option, and that it comes with so many pieces/attachments. BUT I knew both of those things before buying. The quality of the coffee that comes out of this machine is top tier for the price range. I brewed my first cup on the “rich” setting, and it was fascinating how different the smell and taste of the coffee was (in a good way of course!). The Keurig Duo has a “strong” setting, but it didn’t seem to alter the taste of the coffee the way the “rich” setting does on this machine. I was instantly impressed. I won’t be going back to Keurig after this. We will see how the life expectancy turns out! Also, for being renewed/refurbished, I received what looked like a relatively new machine. It looked clean and all parts were present. No damage noted. Only thing not present was the user manual/Ninja information, but I did not expect to receive that. Very happy with Amazon renewed.

Nice machine but the fact that the top of it is really hard to open makes me want to return it but I won’t. They have that silver handle but it is just there for decor. It should have been made to pop up when you push down. 3 stars is all it gets from me. See video attached of what I mean.
