We bought this to replace our non- working Kuerig and I cannot say enough great things about it! We love the option to brew anything from a small single serve cup all the way up to a huge carafe. You can adjust the strength of your coffee as well. And best of all you can make iced coffee too which tastes amazing and not at all watered down by your ice! I never buy "refurbished" but I have been through 3 coffee makers since my old Keurig stopped working - a month ago. Too complicated, coffee wasn't hot enough or strong enough, none satisfied me. I took a risk with this "refurbished" Ninja. It didn't come with a user manual so I had to wing it. I am so glad that I did. I can't remember when I had such a good cup of coffee. The coffee maker, though refurbished, was clean, in good working condition, and the packaging was adequate. There was a crucial part missing from the box, the pod adapter. I bought this maker specifically for the dual pod and pot capabilities. I contacted the company, they are sending the missing part. The coffee it makes is good, the choices between brew strength (classic and rich) are noticeably different, both settings make a good pot of coffee.
