I have had my set for a few years and it is as good today as when you first bought it. The trick with the frying pans is to let it get good and hot before adding your food. Especially eggs. But if used properly it will remain nonstick. I have now bought them for each of my children. Love!

We bought them because they were so good looking (and they ARE!), but we are recommending them to all our friends because absolutely NOTHING sticks to these pans!!!! The ceramic surface is amazing. Just make sure you pre-heat the pots and pans before putting food in. That keeps food from sticking. These are the best... Just pay attention to what you're doing. You ALWAYS preheat no matter what brand of pan. You can put skinless chicken in the pan with no oil and it flips without ANY sticking. My wife and I cook with these everyday. No problem. I only use silicone and wood utensils but let's be real. Metal utensils are for cast iron only these days. ... show more
