The media could not be loaded. I purchased this because our family enjoys protein shakes, malts, shakes and smoothies. This has proven to be a high use little addition to our kitchen. I love that it has 2 containers, lids and to go lids. I also think the charger is essential and a must have on anything we purchase in the future. Ninja of course is a well known brand, and this is a mighty little blender that serves our family well. It was priced reasonable, especially given its 3 containers and recharging. It plugs in your USB, and a little groove on the back. My one complaint is the recharging chord is giggling yo get in that little slot. You have to hold back the plastic covering and have a little patience and coordination. Also, the plug is not very long so if using it while lugged in, we have to work in the back of the counter, under the top cabinets a bit. On a perfect morning, the ninja is plugged in all night, fully charged and can be used unplugged. It holds the charge for several uses. Recommend Ninja develope a charging base or staton so the blender can sit on it with greater user ease and efficiency. The blender works well with most fruits, ice cream, juices, etc. blends well to a smooth consistency, Ice is more of a challenge, usually leaving small chunks of ice. It runs fairly quiet, and has different coded lights for the user. The containers have lines and markings for ingredients like “minimal liquid” or max. Easy to use. Fun to be creative with fruits, juices, milks, etc. highly recommend.

Excelente producto, tritura prácticamente todo, tanto la fruta congelada como la fruta fresca, además de hielo, súper práctico, se carga rápido y da hasta casi 10 batidos en un una sola carga, lo malo es que solo trae cable USB C, no trae un cargador dedicado, el kit es excelente con dos vasos, tapas con boquilla y cubre cuchillas, súper recomendado el kit. Excellent product, crushes practically everything, both frozen fruit and fresh fruit, in addition to ice, super practical, it charges quickly and gives up to almost 10 shakes in a single charge, the bad thing is that it only comes with USB C cable, it does not come with a dedicated charger, the kit is excellent with two glasses, lids with nozzle and blade covers, super recommended the kit

I got two of these, one for home and one for my RV. It is a really good blender, and my other mom's blender is a Vitamix. I use it mainly for smoothie and iced coffee, but have pureed soups with it. Haven't tried grinding spices or nuts with it, and probably won't, but for blending liquids it workes fine.

So close to 5 stars. First off, the lack of a star isn't because the blender doesn't work well enough. I've tried multiple portable blenders over the years and they have all ended up in the trash. This one is the best > $100 portable blender I've ever tried and unless it breaks I see myself using it on a daily basis for a long time to come. So I prep mine with frozen fruit & veg, I've never tried it while the frozen plants are fresh from the freezer, but even 1 hour in the blender with the juice/water/milk whatever in with the plants it does great, just need to run it 2 or 3 times. But the battery is great and this is a non-issue for me. I can prep both cups and run each of them 4 times and the battery still has juice to keep going. (I tested 4 each if needed, but it isn't, 3 is the most I've needed to get the smoothie smooth) So as far as doing what I needed it to do, have a healthy smoothie to replace junk food or overpriced healthier food at work or gym, it fits the bill and it would get 5 stars except one big problem. The cups are great because they have a screw on base that makes them one watertight cup that I can throw in the fridge. But the set only comes with ONE bottom for the cup. And the Ninja website says the motor base is not safe to put in the fridge. So I can only prep ONE cup. They don't offer replacement parts that I can find on their website or anywhere else and the cost of 3rd party OEM cup bottoms is nearly 35% of the entire blender set. If Ninja would just sell an affordable extra parts, cup lid replacements and bottoms replacements (if you just want extras, or in my case THE AMOUNT IT SHOULD HAVE COME WITH) then I would give this blender 5 stars. As it is, I'm going to be forced to pay 35% of the entire purchase to get one more screw on cap for the bottom just so I can prep both cups the night before. (I wake up at 5am for my job, just enough time to get ready and go, I'm not waking up any earlier than that, so right now I'm prepping one cup the night before and I have to add prepping another in the morning as I get ready. I prefer to prep everything the night before so I can wake up, shower, grab my stuff and be out the door.) I wish they would either ship the product with 2 cup bottoms or sell reasonably priced parts through here, there website, or any freaking vendor, but they don't, seems like a weird place to "cut costs and boost profits", but if that is the hill Ninja wants to stand on that is there choice. I just can't give 5 star's for a product, that in my opinion, comes missing with an essential part to the set. I've seen some people complain about blade cleaning, not sure why it's such an issue. Fill the cup half way with hot water, let it sit for a few minutes, run the blender. Unless you are doing some really really thick mix with a ton of peanut butter, I can't imagine any smoothie parts not coming free. That gets rid of anything visible to the human eye, so you just remove the cup, clean the blades with soapy water for germs and presto you have clean blades. Pro tip- after you finish your smoothie and your not making another, poor in enough water to cover the blades until you get home, prevents anything from drying out on the blades and makes cleaning that much easier and quicker. Even when I didn't do that, I've had no issues with cleaning blades and personally I think the design is just right. I wouldn't risk submerging the motor base in water, but it's not like it can't get wet.

Get one use out of it. Then have to charge. If I keep it in the fridge for few hours for my ingredients to remain cold, the battery dies completely. Power is good. Convenient to carry. Base is quite heavy. After few months of use, the cap and jar have lost alignment. You have to screw the cap very tight and that causes the plastic to r from both the jar and the cap. The plastic scraps get blended with the juice which is very unhygenic.
