  • Good variety for starter.
I read the reviews before purchasing a few boxes and they were exactly what I expected. They are an assortment of a collectors duplicates and triplicates. Did not expect anything from the top collected players, but I was elated to see the variety. Even some Topps chrome, Bowmam Chrome, a couple Bowmam platinum, and upper deck. I have been collecting a long time, but mainly just the annual topps base sets and a few topps updates and holidays. Just started to expand my collection to the rest of the brands including the “Junk Wax” 80s and 90s. These boxes were definately worth the price. Every player in every year is not a “No Name” as indicated in another feedback, even if they played. 1 year, and did not become an all star, they got their face on a card, which is a significant feat. Much thanks to the seller, I hope your collection meets your goals. ... show more

  • Wow!
Bought these because I figured it was going to be a lot of extremely cheap cards that I could give to students at school. Pleasant surprise, cards ranged in prices from .01 up to 20. TCG App on my phone helped price check all of them since I’ve never dealt with sports cards, mainly other TCG cards, but my box included over $300 worth of cards excluding all of the cards worth under a $1. Extremely happy with the purchase and still plenty of cards left over to gift to my students. Thank you! ... show more

  • Save your $$
You are shared you will get 600 Baseball Cards Including Babe Ruth, Unopened Pack!!!! 1. What they neglected to tell you is out of the 600 cards you will get five cards of the same player. So really I only got 555 Cards. Now I understand why they gave me five cards are the same player because this individual only played for one year and his career in 1986 for the Phillies. I would’ve appreciated one of these cards in for other players but I guess it’s a great way of filling a box to get rid of cards. 2. They are not being honest Unopened packs. They just open the pack and reseal and put the cards inside that they want to. 3. Yes, you might get a few stars. I did get 1 Randy Johnson. There were two of Nolan Ryan. 4. Also included in my box. Don’t find the cards will be placed front to back and I don’t know if this is to keep the cards from Boeing?? But majority of the cards were Bodd I showed a picture they’re not flat and they’re not straight. Possibly with this tells me is that these cards were stored in a warehouse not very well and they got heat to them because the cards quality in color are (faded) And I did not get one unopened pack of Topps card as stated in their description. I truly wanted to see what this was worth instead of driving over to my local baseball card shop I recommend if you do have a Baceball shop near or close to you just go directly there. ... show more

  • Decent old cards
Good cards, as advertised

  • Duplicates
Lot of duplicates but a nice variety for someone wanting a lot of base cards.

  • 89 and up
3 stars because I should have read the reviews first. Disappointed that a Mickey Mantle card wasn't included. The only doubles I received were from 1989, but many were Tiffany cards. I made my $20 back just from scanning 7 cards, so it's worth the $22 I paid. I made $1200, so you do the math.

  • Great starter collection
My 8 year old son purchased this collection, mostly because of the Babe Ruth card plus that it included over 600 cards. He is just starting to collect baseball cards and this was perfect for him. He even noticed that he received the Honus Wagner card. It was obviously a replica but it was difficult to explain to an 8 year old that the card is not the one worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. The collection included 18 current Hall of Famers plus a few certain Hall of Famers (plus a couple like Clements and ARod that should be elected but probably won't be). It included 25 Nolan Ryan cards and an Ivan Rodriguez rookie card (certain Hall of Famer, in my opinion). The rest of the collection consisted of about 175 All-Stars cards, another 250 cards of people I heard of (and I don't follow baseball) and about 150 of players I haven't heard of (but again, I don't follow baseball so maybe some of these guys were good). My son gives his purchase 5 stars and I have to agree with him. ... show more
