We love this Ninja mixer. We had to buy a replacement, as we use ours every single day and it lasted about 10 years. The cups are so easy to use and make smoothie clean up so much easier and faster than using the blender each day and pouring into separate cups. The lids make carrying smoothies on the go easy, and they close with no leakage. We purchased some silicone straws. We love the food processor attachment, and it's great for making pesto and salsa, or chopping an onion quickly. The base fits on the counter and doesn't take up too much space. The cups hold enough for a daily smoothie, the blender is large, and so is the food processor. It came with a dough hook and I can't wait to try that!

After my old Cuisinart 7 cup processor blade broke and I saw that it was 75$ to replace the blade alone I decided to go with a new product instead and settled on the ninja while it was on sale for a great price . I love the design of this product and it seems very well built. The blades are extremely sharp and I highly recommend not trying to wash them by hand as it bit me twice the first day, totally my fault and now I just use sink sprayer/ brush on handle. While this unit is LOUD it is also very powerful. So while it may be loud you are done in a few seconds because it works so fast. There are suction cups to hold it in place and a button to unstick the suction cups to move the unit which is awesome as well. I won't use the full sized blender much but I make smoothies every day multiple times and the two cups that came with this work great - no problem blending up frozen fruit and even ice to make slushie texture smoothies if thats how you like them in conclusion well built and great performance for a fair price = happy customer
