I picked up these Nilight car ramps for basic maintenance on my car—oil changes, undercarriage checks, and small fixes—and they’ve been rock-solid. For something that looks simple, these ramps inspire a lot of confidence once you actually use them. Stability: The ramps stay planted. No sliding, no wobbling, no sketchy movement when you drive up. The textured surface grips the tires well, and the raised lip at the top stops the car cleanly so you don’t overshoot. Strength & Build Quality: They’re surprisingly durable. High-density polyethylene sounds fancy, but what matters is that they don’t flex under load. My car sits on them without bending or creaking. They’re rated for 13,000 lbs per pair, and you can tell they mean it. Lift Height: The 6.7-inch lift gives more than enough room to work comfortably underneath. I don’t feel cramped at all doing oil changes or inspecting anything under the front end. Ease of Use: Lightweight, easy to move around, and easy to store. That cutout handle in the side is actually really useful. I can carry both ramps with one hand if I need to. Safety: The incline is smooth and not too steep, so driving up feels controlled. Once the car is up, the ramps don’t budge. I still use jack stands for extra safety if I’m under the car for a while, but honestly, these ramps alone feel secure. Bottom Line: If you do any DIY maintenance at home, these ramps are a smart investment. They’re durable, stable, and very user-friendly. At this price, they outperform a lot of the cheap plastic ramps you see out there. My only gripe is that a small piece came off during shipping, but it's not a big deal. 100% recommended.

These are stronger than I expected. Fairly wide. The total lift is about the same as most of the other plastic ramps of this kind. The hexagonal columns molded in for support seem quite strong. The support column walls are vertical, so the ramps can’t be nested, so they come in a fairly large box. But I think that makes the support columns stronger than if they were nesting tapered shapes. The hand-hold cutouts on the sides had some sharp edges inside, but I was able to fix that with a pocket knife pretty easily. I have yet to see a stress discoloration or dent in the bottom edges, or any cracks, after repeated use under a 99 GMC Safari van, on an asphalt driveway with a very slight incline away from the house. That’s even without a mat on the ground. I highly recommend looking at folding (not roll-up) mats for things like stationary bikes. These ramps are relatively wide for the product category, and a 30-inch wide equipment mat can be sliced down the middle fold for two mats wide enough to be wider than these ramps, and long enough to drive the tires onto the mat before meeting the ramp’s tapered end, also sitting entirely on the mat. This trick should be able to keep the ramps from sliding around even on a smooth concrete garage floor. There are some “rubber” (actually just a softer plastic) nubs under the ramps to supposedly keep them from moving, but despite having several that would be totally inadequate to keep them from moving around on smooth concrete. Get some kind of rubber-like mat if you need to use any type of vehicle ramps on a smooth surface. Whether under driven wheels or non-driven wheels. I found this to be well worth the price, which was well under a hundred.

It has a width of 12 inches which the truck version has a width of 13 this one was sold out however I was still able to put my Hyundai Santa Cruz up on the car ramp and do a oil change using the Royal purple zero 28 oil I was surprised that it held up for a few hours I would recommend this no problem even for a truck.

I purchased the about two months ago. I was gathering parts to fix my truck. When I finally opened the box both ramps were damaged (cracked) and major crakes in the most area you wouldn’t think it could crack. And cause catastrophic damage to you car or truck when u attempt to drive on them. I was able to get a full refund. Amazon offered this to me because I was 30 days past company return and refunded me. Thanks Amazon. They are made from a heavy plastic and molded into ramps. The design has major flaws.

This is a well built, heavy set of ramps, that are much higher quality than the Harbor Freight ramps they're replacing. They don't nest but I'd rather have more stability and strength that this design affords.
