Overall, the product works. Setup is easy with the pre-wired pigtails. The only thing I don’t like is the LEDs don’t stay lit when not in use for the winch. They light up when you press the toggle. No biggy.

I have a badland winch. Toggle switch failed. Couldn't find a direct replacement so I ordered this. My plug worked perfect on switch, but out is in and in is out. Not a big deal to my wife and I. Installed and using it on my RZR.

Amazon said it won't fit, I didn't see that until already ordered but you can see in the pic the top and bottom is flush but the middle sticks out just a hair. I took the little rubber gasket off the switch and shaved a little off the sides of the dash hole, now it's flush. And as others said, you may wire it different than described. I spliced from factory winch connector to give me power on, winch in, winch out. Then of course you need a ground and I used one of their jumper wires to connect the upper and lower light portion together then spliced them with the illumination wire on my headlight switch (right beside it) so when key turns over the whole thing lights up. Didn't even use the "ignition" post I let the winch all the way out and had a friend try to keep it from cranking in while I pulled it all the way in, he failed. It works just fine and its nice to have control right there in arms reach. My factory remote has 20 foot of cable that I never even un-zip-tied, that's just a pain to deal with BUT I will store the factory under my hood in case something ever goes wrong with the switch ... show more
