I bought this under the assumption that is was a refurbished camera. Shutter count "1" when I checked. Is it a new camera? It appears to be as the packaging was all original Nikon. The product description says "Renewed". I ran across an article that says Nikon factory refurbished cameras will have pin pricks on either side of the serial number on the base on the camera; no pin pricks on this one. I bought a refurbished D7200 from Amazon, and it had the shutter count disclosed in the description of around 18k. After searching eBay and local sellers on FB, getting something in good shape would cost typically over $1k. Getting a zero shutter count model in perfect condition with the 24-120 VR lens, backed by a warranty and flex payment options=sweet deal. This is a great camera for those on Nikon DX bodies stepping up to FX. All the controls and menus are identical with a few extra items on the D750. No learning curve to get up and running. Will update as I get into this camera a bit more. ... show more

    • The camera was in good condition no scratches or blemishes.
The camera arrived ahead of schedule, I just needed to charge up the battery and start using. It has a ton of features that I am just figuring out. Picture quality looks great, so far very happy with my choice to go with a "renewed" D750.

Great camera. I bought a refurbished one. Noticed 3 oil spots on the lens. I bought the care package so I’ll use that to have it fixed. Other than that it’s a great camera. Photos have improved greatly
