Year ago, we had purchased this machine and we have loved it. Recently, after years of heavy use, it just gave out. Not only do we think it was a good value, we thought it was so great that we replaced it with nearly the same model from the same company. The washer is small but it is a powerhouse. It can handle our queen-sized bedspread or delicates and everything in between. It hooks up to the sink, so it is easy to roll out (we have the wheeled rack for it), connect, use, and put away. The washer has so many good settings as described, but let me tell you about the ones we use most: settings 1, 3, and 7. Setting 1 is your standard wash. For a full load, it takes about 45 minutes. Setting 3 is a quick wash, lasting about 17 minutes. Finally, setting 7 is just a spin cycle, which takes about 8 minutes. We use this last one on a load just to get any extra water out of the clothes so drying is definitely faster. We also use the water level adjustment a great deal. You can adjust it from 1 to 8 liters for different sized loads. Would I buy it again? I did and I have been very happy both times.

I like how easy it was to unbox, hook-up, turn-on and start washing clothes. If you don't mind having a washing machine that's half the size of a "normal" washing machine, this little guy will get it done! Keep in mind, there's only hot or cold input, not both and I don't believe there's a way to add fabric softener or bleach without pouring it directly in, but this machine couldn't be easier to use. It's also very quiet. Runs like a champ though and meets my needs just fine.

So, I ended up getting this as a temporary washer/dryer because its price is pretty solid. I came in not expecting the highest expectations on what it can do or how well it will be, however, it really beat my expectations. The washer doesn't take too long and isn't loud or annoying to hear which is great. I actually got it as a temp, but since getting it, I decided to keep it as a backup attached and all just in case I ever need it again. Sometimes I still use it instead of my main washer and dryer. It's really good and quick in my opinion and the quality is good. It doesn't shake much which is also really great.

The washer washes clothes very good, but the overflow hose that is used while it is emptying water is made of crap plastic and it flooded the floor. I asked for a replacement part, they said they would send it, the washer was only used twice when it leaked. So had to wait a good while for hose, never came, instead they sent the washer motor belt. Stay away from this company they are terribly disorganised and their product is junk

I had bought another washer 3 yrs ago the stabliar bars went I tried to replace them and was told I would have to buy new one after trying for over a month i couldn't replace them I was told they don't deal with that company anymore so I thought I would check out another washer I picked on the Nicemaw 15 lb washer at first it sounded strange but then after the clothes came out and I saw how clean they were and they took no time at all to dry I am sure glad I picked this washer I should have looked closer the first time I love this washer it is easy to use better then some of the bigger machines out there I would buy this washer any time I am very happy with it thank you for making a great product
