I went from having a washer and dryer in my home for 41 years. Then I had a medical injury that cost me everything. I moved into a location Where the laundry facilities were outside. Where the laundry facilities were outside it was a shared situation with eight other units filled with people I live amongst I live amongst people , most of whom I would never do laundry with in my own home let alone share it everyday. people would steal things most times I did laundry. I learned very quickly sharing my washing machine with strangers was terrible and on top, The cost of doing a load of laundry start to finish was 325 per load. I decided to invest in one of the mini washers, you put the clothes in and have to manually Put them in the spin. I was in heaven having that thing for over a year. And after investing in when I decided to upgrade to this unit I was in heaven having that thing for over a year. And after investing in when I decided to upgrade to this unit so it cut down on the manual labor of moving laundry To the washer to the spinner back to the washer, back to the spinner. That was a lot of labor but definitely well worth it. I decided it was hard on my back because it’s much lower to the ground And you couldn’t fit blankets in the washer. I finally saved up enough for this washer and I am the most happy woman on the planet. It hooks directly to the Fossett in the kitchen and the tube that drains It’s really long so I put it right in the sink as well. There are several modes to choose from. I can put blankets sheets pillows, it washes rinses spins and it even has an air dryer spinning feature if you wanted to get your clothes really dry. I tried it a couple of times, Definitely works I like to hang dry my clothes. I am 5 1/2 feet tall and it comes up to my waist. I can fit a full load of laundry in it turn it on and come back 40 minutes later and it’s done. It’s amazing because it’s so cost-effective as far as price in comparison to the other one I purchased for $100 and I did twice as much work. The only thing it doesn’t come with are wheels, It was kind of a bitch until I figured out where exactly I plan to put it. There is the option to buy a little dolly system for it if you want, But I think it might cause it not to fit where I keep it. It’ll fit in any closet hall closet and if your bathroom set up well it could fit right in your bathroom. This is the best purchase I’ve ever made. It’s durable it’s movable it cleans the clothes so well. I was really surprised to see how well it cleans, it has a lint trap, Multiple different cycles, but like I said it’s no different than a full size washing machine. The media could not be loaded. This portable washing machine is one of my favorite purchase. We are a family of 4 with a toddler and a baby. I don’t go out and do my laundry. First, I will say that I WOULD purchase this product again, but you have to know about a few minor flaws. It is a great machine and gets my clothes super clean. The spin cycle is pretty amazing. Clothes come out wrung out enough to air dry easily. The spin cycle is quite aggressive and will put wrinkles in your clothes. I don't mind this, just be prepared to pull out the iron. I throw a laundry pod in the bottom and that has been fine. Now, a few flaws. ADAPTER It took 30 minutes of talking to someone at Home Depot to find an adapter that would work for my 3/4in kitchen sink. The associate who helped me was confused by the hose and said it didn't look like any washing machine hose he had seen. When you go to the store, take the hose AND the piece that screws onto your faucet with you so they know what size you need. It took TWO parts to make one adapter and it cost over $20. I've taken a photo of the packaging from my adapters in case you have the same size faucet. This was a very frustrating experience. LEAKING Yes, this thing will leak no matter how tightly you screw on the hose. I took a photo of where it leaks from. It's where the hose on top connects to the machine. It's not leaking like crazy. Make sure you screw on it very tight. It's enough leaking that a little water will build up, so after each load I just wipe it down. As you can see in my photos, I also recommend taping the DRAIN HOSE down to your sink when in use. I only use this machine when I am home and able to check occasionally for leaks, and I am glad I did this. One time, water came out of the hose with a lot of pressure and the drainage hose FLEW OUT of the sink! Water was all over my floor even though I noticed it within a few seconds. Now I use masking tape to secure it. A small inconvenience. CAPACITY Not necessarily a negative. This is a portable machine, so don't expect to do all your laundry in one load. Examples of what I can wash in one load: 3 full-size towels - queen bottom and top sheet with pillow cases - 5 tshirts and 3 pairs of jeans. NOISE This thing is indeed loud. I live in an apartment with thin walls, and I am pretty sure my neighbors can hear it. Certain cycles can be loud and the beeping that lets you know it's done is obnoxiously loud. I wouldn't necessarily say it's louder than a normal washer, just something to know if you are not supposed to have this in your apartment. I wouldn't do loads at 2am and wake up your neighbors.
