This Commercial Care portable clothes washing machine has a 0.9 cu. ft. capacity, which facilitates 3.5 lbs. of laundry per load. Pick your washing cycle from the following options: Normal, Heavy, Quick, Spin Only, Drum Clean, and Gentle. Also included is an Extra Rinse function to ensure an added level of cleanliness and to make sure detergent is thoroughly rinsed for those with sensitive skin. Our clothes washer connects to a cold water faucet only. Place the washing machine drain hose over a wash basin or laundry tub, or install near a stand pipe. This portable washing machine features an LED display, transparent top lid, child lock, and 3 water level choices (Low, Medium, and High). Can this be used anywhere in a house or apartment? It can be installed anywhere on a hard floor surface with close access to a single sink/faucet. Washer must be plugged into a 120V AC/15A outlet and cannot be exposed to extreme weather including high humidity and freezing conditions. Why is this Cold Wash only? Due to utilizing a single faucet connection, it is recommended for cold wash cycles only. Cold wash cycles help reduce energy costs, maintain the life of your washer and reduce color fading or bleeding. How to you connect this to your sink and is it included? Yes, we have included a quick connect adapter for connection to a single faucet. Other connections and adapters can be used but are sold separately. How much clothes can this wash at a time? Washes up to 3.5 lbs. of laundry. Not for use with throw rugs or doormats. Where does the water go after a cycle? Water must be drained with a drain hose (Included) to a wash basin, laundry tub, drain or standpipe. Recommended height of the standpipe is 35”. The standpipe must be large enough to accept the outside diameter of the drain hose.

I liked this so much! The first use flooded the bathroom but that was totally my fault my sink is clogged and I had the draining hose go into it , I ran the washer a 2nd time drained in the tub and it was perfect no issues! I read that some people were having issues with a leaking pipe I did see the pictures but mine didn't leak even missing the same piece. I ran the washer a good 4 times maybe in one day to take to the dryer , I didn't purchase the dryer with it I want to maybe I'll go back for it my apartment is 600sq so not terrible big. Finding a place to keep it would be my issue but anyways I was having trouble with my neighbors it's only one washer and dryer in the building between 6 units! One unit leaves there items in the washer for days! And or the dyer! Lately the washer has been broken and there's another building with a 4 washers I'm it for like the rest of the community. I didn't want to walk over there and I don't mind washing in my unit not picking anyone's things out the washer and just running my things down for an hour dry! The thing about the washer is I got the smallest one thinking it wouldn't be big and there is so much empty space at the bottom of this washer I wish I got the next size up I believe the exterior is the same size. I can get a nice amount in here so I'm not complaining , I did 4 sweatpants and light pair of pants in one which is the picture I used above. 3 nightgowns two leggings and two thick shirts long sleeve in another. So it does hold a good amount even at this size. It came with the sink hook ups that work I'm so glad it did I was a bit worried it wouldn't. I got the cart thingy to push it around which I totally recommend getting. I never had a washer before so I was super excited and I love it so much my bathroom is very tight but its enough room for the washer, if I didn't have sink probably I would just take it off the stand thingy so I would have more room it's the same depth as my sink so I wanted it to be flush but not a big deal , I recommend and for the price I'm really not complaining. ... show more

Update after one year: around 11 months I began to have problems and the warranty people replaced it. It took about 5 weeks for the process, but today FedEx showed up with a new washer and it’s bigger than the one I originally bought. Bonus! This company treated me right and my advice, after using their product more than once a day for a year, is to buy the 1.6 volume model. The smaller model makes little vibrations. But the 1.6 is just awesome, still portable, and the drain is built-in connected to the device. The 1.6 version meets all my needs and only had a few knicks on the device. I may have caused one or two dragging it up the stairs - trying to be careful. Regardless, it looks good - OLD REVIEW The adapter did not work with my kitchen sink, but it works with my bathroom sink. I am so thankful to have a washing machine. I can wash my sheets more than once every six months. My life is so much better now. The portable dryer I ordered will arrive today. I have been washing clothes in the bathtub and then spin drying them. I even bought the recommended items that are commonly bought with this product such as the roller cart and the hot and cold water hoses. The device they gave me was just slightly too big to screw into my kitchen or bathroom sink faucets. - Pros: it has a pump that will work against gravity - quickly removing an impressive amount of water from the ground j to my sink. The spin cycle does a quality job of drying. Cons: there is only one adapter in the kit, and even though it comes apart, only one part of the device will screw into the inside of the kitchen sink faucet. I have Teflon tape that I bought for two dollars, so I am not worried about leaking, but I am slightly disappointed that they only include limited adapters. I ... show more

So in the first photo, the circle is where I suspects it rubs and the square shows where it busted. It was working fine for small loads here and there for ~6 months. Why have I tried to fix the rubber hose? (Which I used Flex Seal liquid rubber and I also attached some Flex Seal tape) It is because there is literally NO replacement part that I could universally get. 1 end seems to be 3/4 and the other is 1/2. So I try to contact B&D and after a few days I get a response saying I have to try and get it from a third party source. This source has never contacted me back. I did tried to macgyver it with some clear hose and such, and it worked okay, but for certain reasons, the way I had to Jimmy it, made the machine shake so loudly. It needs to be rubber and I couldn't figure it out for the life of me so I had to attempt to fix this one I had. After replacing, I cut out more of the plastic doohickey thing so it wouldn't touch the fragile hose and I don't lose out on $300. ... show more

The most important thing, when buying a portable washer, is whether it has a drain pump, which this does. Otherwise it doesn't function as a normal washer. (Without the drain pump, it drains by gravity. Alot of extra trouble.) Only flaw is that you need to buy plumbers tape, and adapt your faucet to the hose connection. I did this and it still leaks alot of water at the sink connection. I don't leave it unattended for long, but it's great to do laundry while I'm in the kitchen. I will be buying a new hose for it, or a new attachment for the faucet. I turn the water off when it's not filling the washer. The directions are not the best but set up was easy. The size is about half a normal load. Spins dry better than a regular washer. The directions say use cold water only, I believe to avoid degrading the hose or other parts and causing a flood. Cost and free shipping was reasonable. Quality is good, most people would want a dolly underneath for wheels, which you need to get separately. ... show more

It doesn't come with any of the adapters needed to use any sink or faucet... Black and Decker is so stupidly cheap they sell you an almost $300 machine missing $3 dollars worth of screw faucet adapters you will probably needed to connect the intake water hose to a faucet or sink... Shame on you Black and Decker for being so cheap it prevents your product from working out of the box... They advertise it saying it's great for apartments and college dorms rooms, the hoses are so TINY my cauk is longer than the hoses they give you ... They won't reach faucets or sinks in any situation you put the machine in... None of the parts that come with the machine are useful and the machine WON'T WORK WITHOUT THEM... YOU WILL HAVE TO GO TO A HARDWARE STORE TO BUY FAUCET SCREW ADAPTERS AND REPLACE EVERY PART AND HOSE THAT COMES WITH THE MACHINE BEFORE YOU CAN EVEN WASH YOUR FIRST LOAD... The next day... Feeling like a pimp understanding that the machine has the wrong hose... I had to replace the worthless pair of hose that the machine came with... After the trip to the hardware store and giving them the extra money that Black and Decker should have and could have made... The machine finally works... The plastic hanging peripheral is rubbish and feeble enough to not keep the outflow hose in the sink... For the second load I use some extra zip ties I got left over from other endeavors, I zip tie the hoses together with the outflow hose facing down... Finally I have eliminated all the problems that the horrible attachments that came with the machine created... In conclusion... The machine could be a 4 or 5 star product but it's severely handicapped because Black and Decker dropped the ball with problematic peripherals and attachments... ... show more

I don't understand the bad reviews. This appliance does what it's supposed to do and exceeds all expectations. The bad reviews are fake or from people who can't hold a screwdriver and talk at the same time. Make sure the drain hose is pushed onto the steel pump drain out tube (bottom rear of appliance) all the way in and make sure the clamp is set securely and properly around it. Read the manual and follow the instructions they provide. I'm washing several loads a day and it is performing like any large size washing machine just smaller. And Amazon delivery is the best there is. Ordered Thurs morning received everything for this order Fri afternoon. Order this washing machine if you need a small machine and have a sink and power supply close by. I also ordered a four wheel flat base dolly to set it on.. Perfect. Thanks all who worked hard to get my much needed appliances to me. Amazon is ruling the roost and I am much impressed. Update: I've had this machine about 2 weeks now and I just have to say this is one of the best appliances I ever have purchased for it's usefulness and dependability. Don't overload it and don't use too much detergent for perfect results every time. It gets your clothes clean, rinses and spins them almost completely dry. 90 day update: Offgassing smell has pretty much gone away. I started to have a problem with an error code flashing and beeping when I tried to start the machine after turning it on. I would have to turn it off to restart the cycle. Only happen every now and then but then it started happening every time I tried to use the machine. Turns out if you turn it on and press start too quickly there’s a weird failure. So if you just wait five seconds before pressing start after turning on the power it completely eliminated the problem. Maybe there’s a little computer inside that need it the boot up first and I was pressing start too quickly. I’m keeping my rating the same for quality control issues but I would say this is a pretty sufficient machine and much better than handwashing for the price. After spending two years handwashing items The precedent has been set that basically anything is going to be much better. I was pretty impressed with the machine up front and just to address one issue with leaking. There is none if you connect and use it properly. If you read the manual it clearly states it’s an overflow safety valve that will pour onto the floor if you overload the machine. If it leaks you need to stop stuffing it. Also with the drain valve make sure you put the clamp on properly and it should never leak. That said I do think quality control is pretty low on this unit. Upon opening the box There was a loose screw laying at the bottom of the box. I can’t find any where it would’ve gone so it may just have been one that fell in the machine during production but still should’ve been removed on an inspection. The second thing it’s a bit annoying is that the display screen is not lined up with the window for the display so you can only see the top half of the numbers and have to lean over to really see behind the blocked portion. Not that big of a deal.Overall the construction is a little on the cheap side but for 200 bucks what do you expect. It’s all really flimsy plastic and unfortunately the biggest problem I’ve had so far is some serious offgassing. To the point where all the clothes kind of smells like chemical plastics/hot rubber. This may be why they tell you not to use hot water. I don’t think the plastics are rated for it. I try to always use cold water with just a little bit of warm so that the water is at least room temperature. The machine is working well and cleans clothing really well so that part is impressive. As others have mentioned the spinning cycle virtually dries anything that’s not absorbent to the point where you don’t even have to put it in the dryer. You can just hang things right up on the shelf and let them air dry for 10 minutes. The spinning is very impressive. However the rinsing is pretty disappointing. Sometimes with towels or cottons I’ll have to run the rinse cycle five or six times so that suds finally stop coming out of drain. Overall I’m fairly happy with it however the offgassing and the strange smell is really bad. I’m going to use it every day until the return window Is over to see if it gets better and if not sadly it’s going back. It’s just that offputting. Especially with kids clothing. ... show more
