I recently purchased the NICESOUL® 8 Piece Large Outdoor Patio Furniture Set with Ottomans. Communication regarding shipping time was accurate and all boxes arrived on the same day. The boxes were clearly labeled and all pieces and required hardware were included, along with easy-to-follow instructions. My husband and I were able to assemble all the pieces in just a few hours. The furniture is exactly what we wanted! It is sturdy and the cushions are much thicker than many sets we considered, making it cozy and comfortable. The covers seems durable, and the set came with an additional set of covers in a different color. It will look great on our new deck once it is completed! I bought the Extra Large Size 29.3'' High Back Outdoor Patio Furniture Sectional Sofa Set (9 piece), in the color light grey. This furniture set is exactly as described. Every strip of rattan was tightly woven and secured into place. The light grey cushion color and appearance of furniture was exactly as pictured. The clips provided to secure modules together functioned excellently, as they effectively and successfully prevented the modules from separating, thus making the structural integrity sound. All elements of the fire pit table, from the frame to the glass top, to the storage space under table were sound and functioned as described. I have not, as of yet, tested out the functioning of the propane gas unit system, but trust that it will work as described. I will update accordingly. The access doors to the fire pit table functioned as described without any issues. The cushions were thick and comfortable. Modules were easy to move around and arrange. These modules are the best because you have the option of arranging them any way you desire. What's not to love? Every detail was well thought out. This patio furniture set is structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing. It's a "win-win." The customer service is more than excellent as well (as contacted them on more than several occasions). The media could not be loaded. This is our first outdoor furniture set. We ordered the 7 piece sectional with the fire table. The quality seems to be very good, cushions are comfortable and very sturdy wicker set. It fits perfect on our deck. It did take quite long to put together, about 5 hours to complete the whole set. Delivery of the furniture came in one week however the fire table took another week due to some logistic issues. Customer service from the seller was exceptional, and they were able to ship it out the next week. They did provide a courtesy free of charge furniture rain cover for our inconvenience. We were finally able to set up the fire table and complete our set . Overall, the set is very beautiful and great value for the money. We are very happy with our purchase. I searched FOREVER for a patio sectional set with a fire table that didn’t break the bank. I ultimately chose this one bc the reviews were good and it had a higher back than most others. It’s comfortable but not “cushy”. The customer service was excellent and I received an email with tracking numbers as well as assembly videos for each piece. That was extremely helpful! It took my husband and I several hours over 2 days to assemble as each screw is a hex, which takes a ton of patience! Learned after the first piece not to tighten anything until ALL the screws were in place (as others have also mentioned). The clips help keep the pieces in place as they are light- which I like bc I love playing with the options for layout. I LOVE that it came with 2 sets of cushion covers. I actually liked the dark gray best but we have a white dog that sheds so I changed them to the turquoise. The color is a bit brighter than I thought but it looks nice with the dark rattan. Fire table is great land we’ve enjoyed it! My main complaint is that the cushions DO NOT stay in place at all- that’s why I took one star off. It’s really annoying and a bit unsafe if someone sits quickly- the cushion will slide out from under you- especially the ottoman. Seems like that could be designed better. I ended up adding pieces of large Velcro to the back of each cushion and the frame to hold them in place which has helped. Overall it’s a great set for the money and we really like it so far! ... show more
