We bought 2 of these for our 42 foot 5th wheel Montana r.v. they arrived exactly on time and were very easy to install. The templates matched up perfectly for the holes to be drilled. We installed these units by ourself just by going off the instructions. Me and my boyfriend do not have any experience in installing AC units but these were very simple. We are very very pleased with their performance we have stayed in Louisiana heat Texas heat and are now in New Mexico heat and both of these units keep the camper cold enough that we have to constantly have a blanket on us. The units run so quiet that you can't even tell that they are on. We would highly recommend this product if you are looking to upgrade your RV AC systems. The best thing about it is they also come with heat. Although we have not tried the heating part of these I am sure it will be just as great as the AC part of this unit. So once again if you're looking to upgrade your RV AC systems we would highly recommend you use this product

Installed at two of my rentals properties. Both 800 square feet and cools them down real good. If you put the AC on the lowest setting which i believe is either 61 or 60 the air blows out at 54 degrees. Technician took 4 hours to install them. Copper lines are about 10ft so not a lot of slack to have the heat pump thats outside away from the head unit inside. The heat pump is extremely quiet so you can have it outside your window if needed without issue. I also ordered some mounting brackets for the condenser so it can be mounted on the wall. EDIT: 30 days after install and both units are working great. One unit shortly after install had a leak from the head unit inside the home but it was an easy fix. The drain hose clip wasn’t clipped in all the way so it was letting water leak from the unit into the home instead of outside. It was an easy fix and took less than a minute to just make sure the hose was clipped in securely. So far so good. Will keep updating every few months to give future buyers an idea on how long they last.

I bought two of these for my bedrooms since my duct work is not working properly and I was really skeptical but I love them they were easy to install for two people ,they are pretty quiet on the outside and quiet on the inside, keeps my two bedrooms nice and cool ,We plan to get more of the same brand of them for the rest of the house so I can control each room the only downside so far is they don’t have an app because my dog eats remotes so I’m worried about the remote being left out in the open

The AC works great! install wasn't too difficult. was pre-charged correctly for the amount of line it had. The indoor unit was full of compressed gas that had to be vented to install and that was a bit alarming. the instructions say it should be 4mm from wall and I would think that is wildly incorrect. very quiet operation so far. was able to cool down a 2 car garage fairly quickly. The list of tools needed: 2.25" hole saw drill for power screwdrivers wrenches vacuum pump Parts needed: waterproof cable gland for wires x 3 A/C disconnect (20A fuses for 240V unit) mounts to attach hoses to wall or duct cover some sort of outdoor base some screws (included ones are trash)

I had to get screws for the internal parts because it was missing the electrical connection screws. It did not deliver on time, it took 4 days instead next day shipping despite what was advertised. The protective screen around the fins on the outside unit is a really cheap piece of plastic netting, not even a solid deterrent. All in all really cheaply made but not the cheapest price and it really should have been cheaper

Installation instructors are poorly written (thank God for YouTube) but I was able to figure it out. You WILL need to vacuum the lines, but it is easy to do... again, thanks to YouTube. I installed this on one of the hottest days of the year in my (partially insulated) 300 sq.ft. shed and let it run all day. I have the smaller 115 volt 12,000BTU unit and it was able to bring my shed down from 106° to about 80°. I call that a win! Since I just installed it, I can't attest to its longevity, but at this price point I can't complain.

I bought this unit to replace a 24,000 BTU unit that had given us years of good service but was icing under use and dripping water on our floor. I decided to replace it rather than chase the R22 pressures and whatever other issues were going on. I bought this 18,000 BTU unit hoping it would be enough to replace the more powerful previous unit. It came quickly and was well packaged. Everything on this unit was well packaged, the directions were clear, and all wiring marked and terminated. I was a little concerned because the components were quite a bit lighter than the old unit. As it turns out, this was a huge advantage when trying to wrestle the inside unit into place and the outside unit was much easier to put in place. (I did it all myself). The template for the inside was perfect and all went together really well. The unit fired up perfectly first start and seems to put out as much cold air as the old one, there is no icing and the water flows out the back drain tube like it is supposed to. The unit is quiet and has plenty of power to cool the house. Bottom line is this seems to be a good quality mini split that is straightforward to install. Straightforward, that is, if you have at least reasonable mechanical, plumbing, and electrical knowledge. This is a great unit at a great price. Update - it's been a few months now and this unit has performed flawlessly. It's in heat pump mode now and keeps the house warm. It is amazing how quickly it warms the room up. I couldn't be more pleased, absolutely no issues and I highly recommend. Update 12/21/25 Unit continues to run flawlessly and it is in heat mode and runs 18 hours a day. Quiet and powerful. I am impressed. Update 9/26/2026 This unit continues to impress, it runs every day and cools perfectly all summer after heating nicely last winter. Absolutely zero trouble and it is working every day. I really didn't expect such a good unit at this price. I am about to purchase another one after once again another one of my earlier, different brand, and much higher priced mini split has gone down. At this price point my patience trying to fix the old one just seems like a waste of time.
