    • Too many flaws
While the overall cart is sturdy, there are some very major flaws in its construction. For example, the handle that you screw on to push the cart around has to long bolts that you screw in from the inside of the roof of the cart. The problem is that only one of the holes is accessible. The poor construction or engineering of the roof, has a section made of metal that blocks the other hole making it inaccessible, so the handle cannot be properly screwed into place. The second issue with one of the carts was the back piece of the cart has three metal pegs to help put it in place but two of my pegs arrived dented and did not fit into the predrilled holes. I had to take a hammer and beat the pegs into a straight position. Warning this cart is best used for laptops not iPads. I purchased it for iPads. I the cart holds 30 outlets, but since iPads charging boxes are so wide, you are only able to fit 15. Inconvenient but I should have read the instructions a bit more thoroughly. The biggest challenge were the instructions. They were not clear nor any of the items properly labeled so we spent hours just trying to figure out which pieces go where. Also you need a magnifying glass to read the instructions because the images are so small. I took pictures with my phone and zoomed in and still had a hard time.     • (A Lot of) Assembly Required (WITHOUT CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS)
I just recently got this assembled so I can't speak to the actual function of the machine with much detail, but let me tell you- the assembly was not fun. It's not that there was any one step that was difficult, but the lack of detail and clarity in the instructions packet was a bit surprising, given that there are so many parts. The instructions were just pictures with notes about what parts are included in each step and some explicit instructions would have been greatly helpful. I ended up using the pictures in the instructions and the video instructions just to make sense of it, but what is more confusing is that the video and the paper don't always agree on what each step is. In the era of AI, it seems like it can't be too difficult to provide step-by-step instructions to give the customer some assurance that they are in fact assembling it together properly. I can't get back the hours I invested in assembling this cart, but hopefully the time and effort will be worth it for my students. ... show more
