The tip of the bulbs needs to touch the metal tab inside the socket for the light to turn on. If this doesnt work, then pull the metal tabs up for each socket a little bit. If 1 or more bulbs are still not lighting up, then replace the bulb(s) with a working one(s). If the bulb(s) light up, then please contact us for replacement bulb(s).

Hung these up around my outdoor kitchen area and they’re perfect. I didn’t read the description close enough to realize that the bulbs are incandescent, but they have a nice warm glow. Will be easy to replace with LEDs when the incandescent bulbs eventually burn out.

These lights are bright & add a festive glow to out summer backyard parties & dinners. Nice length & sturdy design. The only addition or request I would make is if the set of lights came with a built-in dimmer. Or a recommended dimmer that could be purchased at the same time.

These lights are great. Bought 5 strands but only hung 4. Every light worked and now I have plenty of spare bulbs for when one does go out. These work as promised and look lovely, give patio an Italian Bistro feel. We had to push pretty hard to get bulbs into sockets properly but once we understood that, they went in pretty easily.
