I have done nothing but fight for more space on this computer since I got it. Never really got to enjoy it since it runs so slow and keeps telling me there is low disk space. This laptop still has data and files from the previous owner so it is not like new! Not renewed most of the space is used up so I'm going to have to delete them or reset to factory setting to get space for my files, hopefully it will work, will update this review, after 5mts I still cannot get the files deleted this is crap ... show more

    • Don’t waste your money on this paperweight
The only good thing I can say about this computer is it looks nice & is compact and easy to travel with. Other than that this computer is worthless and just a useless weight to carry around. It’s probably one of the slowest I’ve ever been on. I could probably pull a computer from a junk yard and it would have faster download speeds than this expensive paper weight. Also claims to be “touch screen” and it’s not, which is horrible advertising. I’m my opinion don’t waste your money, find a computer that won’t take 6 months to open a browser and another 6 months for everything to finish downloading ... show more

I am so disappointed, bought the laptops one for my son, one for my nephew, the laptop were not being used very often, know since the kids are home and have to use the laptop for school, the laptop keep on shutting off, my son had to borrow his sister’s laptop, and she needs her laptop for her classes ... show more

I read the description wrong and thought it was gonna come with more storage than it did, so it's partly my fault. BUT i had to update it when i got it in order to be able to download hulu and there's not even enough storage to finish the whole update. i had to buy a separate thing to add more space since i wasn't able to download anything unless i did😪 it was in perfect condition tho. ... show more

I would not recommend purchasing used computer via amazon. The computer had not been wiped cleaned. I took it to a computer shop and in order to use, it will cost 116.00 to acquire a new hard drive. It’s still cheaper than buying a brand new computer.
