Size: for PS5 Fan
I picked up this NEWDERY Cooling Fan for my PS5 mainly for some added peace of mind during long gaming sessions. The installation was simple, and the fan fits nicely on the console without looking out of place. I also like the extra USB 3.0 port and the subtle LED lighting. To be honest, I can’t really tell how much it actually helps cool the PS5 since the console already has a solid cooling system. However, the fans run quietly and make me feel a little better when I’m playing for several hours at a time. Whether it significantly lowers temperatures or not, it’s a nice accessory that adds some airflow and reassurance without adding much noise. If you’re looking for an inexpensive way to supplement your PS5’s cooling, this is worth considering. FYI!!! The fans will stay on if the PS5 is rest mode!

I got this product after doing quite a bit of research trying to find something to use to cool off our PS5. After long gaming sessions, it seemed that the PS5 was getting pretty hot and we even had a small fan blowing on it. On some occasions it did overheat and shut down. After getting this fan, we have had any issues during those extended gaming sessions. The compact size fits right over the back of the PS5 console, plugs right into a USB port and the whole unit clips in place. It also has additional USB ports on the back to replace the one it's using for power. The unit is very quiet and moves plenty of air to cool down the PS5. It's designed very well and sturdy. It looks as if it's part of the original console housing. It's definitely compatible with the Standard PS5 console and it's ability to connect right into the USB port on the back while providing a port on the back is a plus. Very happy with this purchase and will be adding it to our other PS5's.

You can really feel the hot air being push out the back. And I don’t feel the heat coming from the face plate anymore. You can’t even hear the fan but I can’t tell the changes in the speed modes or if it’s in auto.

So I Deleted My Original Review of One Star Here’s Why… I Thought That Because I Didn’t Feel Any Air Moving With My Tissue Test, That This Would Not Work How Ever I Purchased Another Fan to Test The True Cooling/Heat Dissipation From Each Fan: KIWIHOME 3 Fans - Sucks Out Hot Air Fast And Keeps Cool But Blocks A lot of Regular Airflow From PS4 Fan Causing Hot Spikes KIWIHOME 4 Fans - Does Not Pull A lot of Heat Away No Temperature Change NEWDERY (The Star of The Show) - After Testing With Tissue For Air Flow It Dose Move A Lot of Hot Air Out The Back And Because Of The Design It Allows The PS5 Fan To Exhaust Without Trapping Hot Air. With The Temp Test I Was Averaging Lower Temps on Top Back and Down By The PSU Between 10/20 degrees F Depending on The Games I Was Playing. This Fan Is Great! Buy it And if You’ve Bought it Like me And Put it Back in The Box Because You Thought it Wasn’t Going to Work or Didn’t Work Properly? Give it Another Chance! This in Combination With The Rysker Automatic Cooling Stand Has Kept my PS5 Cool During Long Playing Hours. I Play Well Over 10hrs a Day on And Off. Oh And It’s Super Quite! 10s Across THE BOARD!!!! ***NOTE I Purchased This Model For The PS5 Slim Version*** Sorry For The Long Video But I Know Someone Out There Is Looking For Something Like This - This is a Video of Sitting at The Game Menu |Automatic Low Speed| , Then Entering a Match on COD |Automatic High Speed| Then Back to Game Menu Screen |Automatic Low Speed| ENJOY!
