Absolutely love it. Makes good ice I use filtered water only. It’s very quiet. Fits perfectly on the counter. I love that it is self cleaning about once a week. I pour a half a cup of either lemon juice or vinegar into my machine down into the water. I set it for self cleaning let it go through a couple of self cleaning cycles, and then I pull it to the edge of the counter, unplug the drain plug from the bottom of the icemaker. Drain it, pouring freshwater and run the self cleaning cycle again a couple of times you do have to watch the catch tray for the ice and lays underneath of the ice cubes. It will mildew if you’re not careful which is why I clean mine once a week it’s moisture it’s going to happen cleaning that with a toothbrush is really easy after it’s thoroughly cleaned. I dumped that water through the bottom by pulling the drain plug then I fill it up with fresh filtered water and I always throw out the first batch of ice absolutely love. It would definitely buy another one honestly thinking about buying one for my sister.

Writing this review a few months after purchasing and no issues have come up so far. Its fast, efficient, easy to use, not too loud and so far is showing no signs of mold or build up. I was worried about having to clean it, but looks like the self cleaning is doing fine so far, and the nozzles aren't too hard to reach when I do need to eventually spruce it up. The one complaint, if it even counts, is the ice does slowly shrink when left in the storage bin for many hours. This isn't a big deal however as any meltage just get turned right back into ice so its self correcting in that way.

UPDATE. After using this for a couple of days, I must admit, in like this much more than my other unit. The basket is much bigger so I don't have to empty it as often meaning a larger amount of usable ice at the time. I'm my opinion, it out weighs the noise level. My old ice machine finally gave out so I purchased this because the price was right. When I brought it out of the package it is considerably bigger than my other one, which is okay. It's efficient and makes the ice at a very reasonable rate. However the downfall that I'm finding, considering I live in a tiny home, the noise level is not what I was expecting. It is not near as quiet as my other maker however taking everything into consideration, the cost the prompt delivery and the fact that it makes ice for my needs it all works out. In summary this is a cool little unit

My family really likes this ice maker. We turned it on and it filled to Max water and it started making the size small ice cubes we selected and we filled a big zip lock bag with ice cubes. They do melt quickly though in our drinks . But there’s so many can easily refill our glasses with a handful of them. Also , has the nice feature of cleaning and just an easy button to press. We’ve had an ice machine many years ago , that only made like one ice cube per hour! This made a whole basket of ice cubes in an Hour. It’s fantastic!!! Loved it so much bought another one for another house we own for our fishing needs . Now don’t have to buy a bag of ice each time We go crabbing.

Honestly, I didn't expect too much from this ice maker. My refrigerator is old, the ice-making part is in the freezer part and open, so I don't want to use it but not want to get a new refrigerator just because of that. I had seen a lot of ice makers in the stores, and they cost more than $150, some can be $500+! So I thought I would get some ice cubes. This thing makes ice faster than I thought! Small, portable, and fast! All I need is satisfied!

So far so far, I love it. It really helps when there’s no ice in the ice trays in the freezer at least there’s ice in this and it comes in different sizes. My son has enjoyed it even though it was a gift for myself. I like the black color, I like the size if it’s comfortably on my counter and I’m able to have cold drinks and a little bit of time.

Not bad for the price only problem is the ice will start to melt in the tray and it’ll all come together. The trick is to get a good storage bag collect the ice when it’s done being made and put it in your freezer.

This product is wonderful. The ice is made super quickly and super quietly. It doesn’t melt too fast either and the scooper is very helpful for packing my bottle for a whole day. You’re gonna get ice out of what ever water you put into the ice maker, so I usually do filtered water from my fridge and the ice taste amazing. The small chunks are perfect for eating as well, they’re not too firm where it hurts your teeth to crunch down on them. This has been a wonderful product and I am very happy with it.
