NOT Stainless Steel. I'm amazed they can be so brazen in their listing. This clearly has some kind of nonstick coating and is absolutely not a stainless steel finish. This is misleading labeling.

Love my new pressure cooker. Took a little while to figure out that when it says cancel you push it to start ( little weird) but very satisfied once i figured it out. The instruction book doesn't tell you what pressure to use if it isn't something preprogrammed.

When this cooker arrived, I couldn't get the lid off! I tried several things, called Customer Service at Amazon and the technician agreed with me--the cooker was defective. I sent it back and have no intention to order another one.
