I have a chunky laptop so I was looking for something to use on the go. Great product! Renewal seller literally gave me one out of the box. Battery life ~7 hours on productivity tasks and nodejs development. It has a USB-c and USB-a port so you can plug things in. The charger port is unique. It doesn't get super warm but does heat up a little bit after a while. Resolution is pretty impressive. Quick charging. Dear Seller, I recently purchased a refurbished Microsoft Surface Pro 7 from your Amazon listing, selecting the “Excellent” condition tier based on your strong reviews and my high expectations. Unfortunately, the product I received did not meet the promised standards. Upon unboxing, I noticed visible scratches, dirty spots, and a small crack on the back panel—none of which align with the “Excellent” condition description. These cosmetic flaws are concerning, but more importantly, the device’s performance has been extremely poor. It took nearly three hours to complete the initial login, and even with a 100Mbps internet connection, basic apps failed to download and websites loaded painfully slow. The tablet feels sluggish and nearly unusable. As someone who travels globally for professional engagements and relies heavily on high-performance devices, this experience has been disappointing. I chose your listing specifically for its quality assurance, and I paid a premium expecting a product that would reflect that. What I received feels below even “Average” condition. Great Surface tablet. Had a few issues until I did ALL the updates that took hours to do (no kidding) but it’s Windows. Looks brand new – no scratches on the casing or the glass.

    • Nice windows tablet
Use older Surface Pros at work for projects and proof of concepts builds. Nice battery life and very portable. Didn't come with pen or magnetic keyboard and you will definitely want at least one or the other. Does work okay using finger touch, but you will have to up the scaling. Windows touch interface isn't as well developed as android or iOS. Also the video capabilities are limited due to the integrated Intel graphics. For browsing, streaming video and portable light work(word,excel,etc...) this is great. If you are wanting to do something more demanding you will probably want to look at a regular laptop instead. Doing light photo editing the back of the tablet got HOT and the display was pixelated in places. Streaming video in a browser on one half of the screen and reading a manual for server board layout on the other half works well. Battery life is okay. Depending on what you are doing, I have gotten anywhere from 2.5 to 5.5 hours. Overall I am enjoying it. I did try upgrading to Windows 11 and even though it is "technically" able to run I saw a severe reduction in usable time and some things just didn't want to work correctly.
