Furniture store quality for a fraction of the cost, delivered straight to my door! Here’s a brief summary of my experience: DELIVERY & PACKAGING: The driver was very polite, called me when he was a couple hours away to make sure I was home, and dropped it right at my door step. Packaging was very strong, covered in plastic and had limited to no dings or indentations in the box. That was even after I cart wheeled it through my door to the kitchen. I would recommend two people as it was about 150 lbs. I CANT EXPRESS ENOUGH HOW GREAT IT WAS PACKAGED. It’s obvious a lot of time went in to packing that much safely into such a little box with absolutely no damage. The product was neatly packed with just the right amount of protective materials. No excess waste to deal with. ASSEMBLY: It took about 15 minutes to unbox, unwrap, inventory, and organize. Assembly instructions were detailed and easy to follow. Make sure to actually READ the directions.. lol The pieces and hardware were so neatly labeled and obvious that on my first chair I skipped the directions and tightened all the hardware before standing it up. It did not sit perfectly level like the next 3 did after actually reading the directions and tightening the hardware after the chairs were upright. All necessary tools, bolts, and hardware to assemble was included. It took me 1 hour to fully assemble the chairs and another 10 minutes for the table. The kit came with basic tools to complete the job if you don’t own any basic tools. I had an electric screw driver with Philips head and 1/2” socket wrench which helped speed up the assembly process. WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT: Great bang for your buck! It’s literally the perfect height! The chairs are comfortable to sit in. I do a lot of work from home and this table is my new favorite place to set up my laptop. It’s tall enough that I’m able to swing by to check emails while I’m running around the kitchen without having to sit down. Perfect for game night too! I DID I MENTION THE STORAGE SPACE?!? The two counters beneath are such an awesome bonus. Perfect for storing the extra stuff you would keep on a larger table. Such a space saver 🥰 Highly recommend!

Love the table! However, Amazon assembly was horrible service. They didn’t assemble it properly and even left the seat part of the chair without mounting .. no experience at all. I would’ve known I should’ve done myself!

The media could not be loaded. Wait was about a week. Box was heavy. Product was well packed. I only opened the top of the box and took everything out leaving the majority of the foam in the box. . It took about 2 hours to put together. I love it! I read that the chair uneven and I did experience this but it's not a deal breaker. I really love the design, the quality. The directions were pretty clear. Well worth the money considering not having to pay a delivery fee if bought from a furniture store. Highly recommend

I was a bit worried that this would be flimsy….it is not! They are very sturdy. I love the grey color and the shelves underneath. My only complaint is that there are a couple knicks in a few of the pieces. It would be nice if they’d add some touch up paint. Edited: Recently one of my chairs just snapped. I contacted the seller and they told me there’s nothing they can or will do. Now I’m out of a chair that barely lasted me 4 months. I would not buy from this seller.

This dinette is exactly what I was looking for. I had a small space after the side of my kitchen that I wanted a room counter or bar height small table with four chairs. This fit the bill perfectly with that said you should be prepared for a mess when you unpack all of the components. The packaging that this table and chairs comes in is unbelievable. It could probably drop from an airplane and survive. But, there is a lot of Styrofoam and a lot of cardboard. You will end up with bags of trash. I strongly recommend you do not open the package inside your house. You will never get all the little Styrofoam bits out of your house. Don’t over tighten any of the bolts, nuts or screws. Follow the instructions that state do not fully tighten all of the parts until you have the item fully assembled. If you tighten parts up before you have it fully assembled he will never get the table or the chairs level.

I purchased this on April 5th and now May 16th finally getting it together. First off this is delivered by a Semi Truck. If I would have known that I would have not ordered it because I live on a cul-de-sac. The driver walked it all the way up from the main road and I felt so bad and apologized. I should have refused it then. Second, went through the product and found the tabletop with a big gash right in the middle, the storage shelf under neath was cracked, and the hardware was for another table not mine. Contacted the seller they were trying to be helpful but there was a language barrier. Hence the table is made in Vietnam. They sent the new parts, and everything was going good except, no hardware, yet again. I really wanted to send it back now for sure. So, after waiting some more, I finally have the hardware to put this together. Finally, after putting the chairs together, some have cracked under minimal tightening for I am 52-year-old woman with not that much strength to tighten that hard. Believe me when I say, I regret this purchase so much right now. I will never buy online again for furniture like a dining room table. Message here, buy at your own risk.
