I like these! I don't know if I'd call them a game changer, but shortly after I started taking them a month ago, I felt a little more motivated to get things done and not so sluggish as was my usual for a long time. I've noticed no change in my thin hair, and maybe a slight overall improvement in my skin, since this is the only thing I changed in my skincare routine but nothing that is noticeable to anyone but myself, lol. Basically, it's the only vitamin I've ever taken where I actually feel better.

Was so relieved that the bottle did not come broken. I ordered the 48 count. Just started on them today I pray that they do work as intended. I am 41 years old looking for a much more better supplement than what im used to taking daily.
