    • Non Functional Product - Buyer Beware
The media could not be loaded. I received this item on 7/14/23. It came with the watch, two size bands, and the charging chord but no charging block. The item was completely dead and needed charging. Once I was able to turn the watch on, someone else’s entire iCloud was still paired to the item. I had full access to email, text messages, and most concerning I had access to their wallet (credit cards, IDs, flight tickets, etc.). The name on the cards is “Johnny Appleseed,” which leads me to believe this is a display watch. When I tried to “erase all content,” I could not even click on the button. When I tried to connect to wifi, the watch would not pick up my home network. When I tried to turn the watch off, I could not click on the “power off” button. When I hard restarted the watch, the paired phone did not erase. When I tried to hard reset, I could not get past step one. The watch has been on the charger since I opened it and today, 7/17/23, it is STILL only at 65%. The watch is useless to me. Amazon Renewed allegedly “guarantees” that a product is “professionally inspected and tested” before it is sent to the purchaser. That clearly did not happen in this case. I reached out to the seller the same day I received the item, and still not response. I believe the seller knew exactly what they were doing when they sold me this obvious display watch. Update: The watch works perfectly, going to set it up with cellular soon. Only downfall is that its battery health is at 84%. All features work good and for the most part it stays charged while I'm at work! Great purchase would do it again For a refurbished watch this is pretty good. No visible scratches or damage, but it didn't come charged and was basically dead. Also wasn't in the original packaging, but the straps for the watch was. Also for those wondering they have small/medium and medium/large straps in the box so don't worry if one doesn't fit! I received the watch 48 hours after placing the order. Pink gold, 40mm, Apple Watch SE. Refurbished. The watch was carefully packed and it included a charger. It was in perfect condition. No scratches at all. I received it with 49% battery charge and was able to pair it to my iPhone, and carrier immediately. I have had the watch for 3 days now. The battery charge lasts all day (I took it off the charger at 8:00 am this morning, it is now 10:30 pm and it still shows 61% battery left). This is not my first Apple Watch. I paid full price, new, with my first one. I am VERY happy with this purchase, and I absolutely recommend this seller. The value for the money is great. Better than great. ... show more
