  • Light, comfortable, working good for me.
Color: Black Size: 10.5 X-Wide
I have wide feet, like 5E+ or whatever, and these are a bit snug for me but doubt I could find anything wider. Other than that they are comfortable. Some don't like the zipper, ( not sure why ) but with my wide feet J like the zipper. Easier for me to get my feet into. I have wide shoes that are near t impossible to get my feet into. A real struggle 70 yo + h are. Liking the (black) looks also. Carolina's were nice but these are lighter and seem a bit more supportive so far. Rarely write reviews but I like this purchase, and price. ... show more

  • Good for warehouse environment
Color: Wheat Size: 12 Wide
I work 9-10 hours every day with heavy equipment parts and am on my feet all day working with customers at our part counter in our yard and in our warehouse. I walk log 3-4 miles in these every day. After about a month of heavy use they have been pretty good. I normally wear a standard width boot or shoe, but these are a little wider, especially in the toe box. If you want more room in the toe box, it works good for that. Standard shoe size: 11.5 Size ordered: 12 Fit: Good Pros: - Zipper makes it really easy to get these on and off - Comfortable insoles - reinforced material on the toe adds durability - the laces are decent material - bottom sole is a good material Cons: - Boot is a little wide so plan on using thicker socks. This is probably a pro if you are working in a colder environment and wearing these boots. - The top lace holes are actually normal lace holes, the picture makes it look like they may be hooks, but they are not. This isn't a huge issue with the zipper though. - they are a little wider, and with bigger feet, it's tougher to get the lacing down right so they are comfortable for all the ranges of movement I do daily. - full leather and no mesh means they don't breath well. If purchased, I'd suggest un zipping halfway through your day to allow your feet to breathe. - Lower quality leather. The leather seems to be a lower quality so expect it to scuff easily. Bottom line: The price on these boots at the time of writing this is about $150. This is a great price for what you get. You could definitely do worse at this price. Are they the absolute best quality? no, but If you are used to getting a new pair of work boots every 6-12 months, I think these will work for you. ... show more

  • Good pair of boots.
Color: Wheat Size: 9 Wide
I ordered this without seeing them first hand but since I've used NB sneakers for over 2 decades and they've held up to a lot of use, I decided to give these a try. They are lighter in weight compared to other work boots which I was looking for since I'm on my feet 8-12hrs a day on construction sites. They feel even more comfortable one you replace the insoles they come in like any other boots. It has great water repellant. I power wash it once a week while I'm power washing the mud off my vehicle. It stays dry inside long enough while spraying off the mud from it. The side zippers is a good feature that makes taking the boots off and putting them on easily. The minus star is because it's not insulated enough. This winter was harsh on my feet. I was able to find heated insoles to use with it which made it bearable. Overall, it's a decent pair for the money. Will it hold up to heavy usage? Might not last long for a laborer, but if you walk around job sites all day doing inspections, it will be good. I work in various environments from roads, land developments to the woods and they still look point a few weeks old after 6 months. ... show more

  • Comfortable work boots
Color: Black Size: 11 X-Wide
Bought these for work. I work where I have to walk on concrete for 12 hours a day. I've had several other boots from different manufacturers which after a shift my feet and legs hurt. These were comfortable from the start. Good traction on dust covered polished concrete. The only thing was I had to replace the insoles because I have a high arch. Now just have to see how long they last. ... show more

  • All day comfort
Color: Wheat Size: 12 Wide
Been wearing these to work for about a month, very comfortable all day, I walk a lot in construction, rocky and steep terrain, these definitely ease my heel and arch pain.

  • No not for hard working
Color: Wheat Size: 10 X-Wide
I really bought these because of the brand I've always heard that new balance has the most comfortable shoes around. I've never owned a pair so I took a chance on these work boots. They felt really good for about a week. Then after that my heels, I have honestly felt like glass they are so painful in the morning i tried all types of insoles. I even towards the end of getting rid of them, I actually wore 2 pair of insoles and still didn't help at all. I don't know if it's the industry that i'm in which is pipeline? So i'm outside in the train all day long, walking a lot i would not recommend these to anybody ... show more

  • Nice but Scuffed
Color: Black Size: 11 X-Wide
While these are nice boots, there's definitely some wear and tear already in the leather. They came out of the box like this.

  • Great work boot for the value.
Color: Wheat Size: 11.5 Wide
First and foremost I would like to say to those who are judging these at face value instead of putting them through any sort of practical application. That’s like an engineer telling a tradesman that, “doing that is impossible” (little blue collar joke) These boots are pretty great I have definitely put them through the ringer. I have had these boots for 6 months and they are still going strong. I’m a plumber and operate a handyman business. They have seen a bit of every trade and have been in all of the elements. I would say they are about 95% water proof, however they are very breathable. The only time I have experienced any issues was when spraying mud off of them and I hit the tongue directly with the sprayer even then it’s not horrible. They are super comfortable and light with adequate arch support. For the value they are definitely worth it. With New balance shoes I wear a size 12, with these boots I fit better in an 11.5. ... show more
