I am thoroughly disappointed in this product and I am working on my return right now. I received this item 2 days ago and ever since I got it, it will glitch and then power off every 5-10 minutes. It is extremely inconvenient and I can't believe they are selling these. I got it for college to take notes and study and I've barely been able to do much with it. Everything I expected from an iPad. Easy transfer of data from old model to the newer one. Only complaint so far are the generic USB-C cord and charger. Neither worked well and had to use cords I already had. So far very happy with this renewed iPad.

The iPad was in good condition other than a few small and barely noticeable scratches on the screen. The small product sticker on the back was not easy to peel off and it took lots of effort and isopropyl alcohol to get rid of the residue. HOWEVER, the charger that came with the iPad was not that of Apple; it was simply a usb-c charger of unknown origin, and when I tried charging my iPad, it DID NOT WORK. The iPad itself was great, but the charger was absolutely useless. I’m planning on either buying a new usb-c charger or using one that I already have at home. ... show more

I bought two of this in different color. They work as expected I guess. No so much difference in the price to be honest but I wanted to see the Amazon refurbished quality. The weird thing is that one of them came with a screen protector. That sounds nice but it’s was dirty. So I don’t know if it was refurbished is they didn’t clean it ... show more
