The console is amazing. It's portable, you can put it anywhere since it doesn't take up much space, the design is great, it's very lightweight, the controls feel very comfortable while playing, the graphics quality is splendid, the extensive game catalog is amazing, and the customer service is out of this world. I've never seen better customer service in my life; it's truly top-notch. This console and the company behind it have a very bright future ahead of them.
