I rarely go back to review something but I felt I should with this. When I got the pillow it expanded to a ridiculous size after letting it sit open for I think 24 hrs as the instructions said. I had a hard time getting comfortable with it for about 2 nights and went back to my old pillow but after a few nights I decided to give it another try. I’m glad I did. I used to flip my pillow over several times throughout the night looking for a cooler side. That doesn’t happen anymore. I also used to toss and turn a lot more. I’m just not now. I was worried I’d get a crick in my neck with it being so big but it settled down after a few nights of use and now I think my head just comfortably nests into the pillow. I wouldn’t call it a cooling pillow but the blue side feels cooler to the touch and it stays that way so maybe a non-warming pillow is a better name. Anyway, I hope this helps. I like these pillows overall. They are comfortable. I get hot while sleeping and bought them for the cooling effect. The cooling effect does help a bit, but the pillow does not stay cool for very long.

I purchased the extra stuffing to make this pillow more firm and I'm glad I did. I'm 6'0 and was able to wrap my leg over it and be able to hug the pillow without any stretching or discomfort.
