This review is after the first night. I will review again after 6months. I’m a plumber with a bad back and good sleep has been hard to get lately. Frame is heavy, bring a friend to help.. Super simple to put together without looking at the directions first. You only have to screw the legs in and plug the power adapter in. I have 14” nectar foam mattress. It doesn’t quite bend like it should on the foot side. This makes the leg massager almost non existent. The back massager is wonderful. I wish the timer was able to be set longer than 30min but again it feels great. I wish the led lights could change colors to match the colors of my room, but the lighting does look nice. Overall, the first night was the best night sleep I’ve have in a very long time.

Love this frame, I wish I had bought it years ago, highly recommend! It definitely takes more than one person to install it, not because of the pieces, but because of the weight. The frame is folded in half and only needs 6 legs screwed on, a bar at the foot and plugged in; all pieces are inside the frame when you open it. But it weighs about 176 lbs and would be very awkward for one person to do. The ability to adjust your mattress to watch TV, a different height for reading a book, etc, makes it nice. I love the massage feature, a little noisy, but not so much as to interfere with the TV sound. Don’t hesitated you are looking for an adjustable bed frame, well worth the money!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This bed frame is amazing! Super easy to put together. Being able to sit up and watch tv without 50 pillows and then when you get sleepy, push a button and boom it’s right where you want it. It has a massage button that I’ve only used once. The height is great. It’s adjustable from 3” to 12”. I used the highest level and it’s a little hard to get on the bed but worth it. It’s comfortable and gives my Tempurpedic support. I would definitely recommend this bed frame to anyone.

The frame has been great and was rather easy to put together. Note, unless you want to feel like you are sleeping in a treehouse, make sure you don’t keep all the leg cones on when you put it together the first time. One great thing about the bed is you CAN adjust the height. However all the links stacked are very tall. Ended up having to move the bed again and adjust. Which brings me to deliver—it was PLOPPED on my sidewalk. Box partially torn (nothing wrong with it) but it is SSSOooooooo heavy. Took 4 people just to get it inside, then had to unpack before we could even begin to carry in pieces up the stairs. Consider delivery.

I don't usually write reviews, but this one was frustrating enough I felt it was worth the time to do so. We searched around for an adjustable bedframe on Amazon and eventually chose this one. Shipping was prompt. Delivery was exactly as described. This thing was heavy - but we knew it would be for a king sized bed. It takes at least two people to set this thing up correctly. We opened the box and followed the setup instructions 100% exactly as described. Once assembled and in place, we plugged it in and tried out the features with no mattress on it - just the base itself. All features worked, it raised and lowered the head and feet, massage, lights, etc. All was well, so we put our brand new memory foam mattress on (ordered separately and not part of this review) and tried it out again. It raised the head up one time, and literally never worked again. We checked wiring, we checked for obstructions, we checked everything that could possibly be wrong - the only thing wrong was the motor was bad after a single use. For the record, we are not large people and we were not even laying on the mattress when we raised it - it was JUST the mattress, and the motor went out. All other features continued to work, but no head adjustment - the primary reason we got it, was an obvious dealbreaker. So we contacted the manufacturer via email. And phone. And email again. And phone about a hundred more times. The phone number goes directly to a voice mailbox for an individual, and has no indication it is even for a company called Nestl. After a week or more, they replied to one of my emails and told me the child lock was probably all that was wrong. Never mind the fact that all other features worked. I checked (again) - big surprise, not the child lock. It was insulting to me that their only solution was something as simple as that, but I immediately replied back and explained that did not fix anything. Several more phone calls and emails have gone completely unanswered. It has been 3 weeks or so since the purchase and not one meaningful bit of help. I was approaching the month deadline to return through Amazon, so I made the choice to just return, and Amazon handled the return perfectly...but they should not have to be responsible when it was clearly not their fault this thing failed. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Maybe if you get lucky, it will work fine, but their customer support is non-existent and they should not be allowed to sell a defective product and then not offer any support whatsoever. Buyer beware on Nestl products.

This queen bed adjustable frame was very heavy to haul into the house and definitely took two strong people. From there it was relatively easy to assemble. The motor is very quiet and smooth. Much quieter than our older adjustable frame. Worth the price, just make sure you have help.
