Exceptional Coffee with Ease – This Coffee and Espresso Machine is a Game-Changer!
Style: Machine + Frother Color: Gray
Review Image by Rafael Alvarez Rafael Alvarez
I recently purchased the Nespresso Vertuo Next Coffee and Espresso Machine, and it has completely elevated my coffee experience. From the delicious taste to the sleek design and fast brew time, this machine is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enjoy premium coffee at home. If you’re on the fence about getting a Nespresso machine, I can confidently say it’s worth every penny. Taste – Café-Quality Coffee at Home The most important part of any coffee machine is the taste it delivers, and the Vertuo Next absolutely excels in this department. The Nespresso Vertuo pods produce coffee with a rich aroma, bold flavor, and a luxurious crema that rivals any café. Whether I’m making a smooth espresso or a full-bodied mug of coffee, the quality is consistently excellent. I also love the variety of pod flavors and intensities available. There’s something for every mood and occasion, from a strong espresso shot to a light breakfast blend. Plus, the machine’s centrifusion technology ensures a balanced extraction every time. Ease of Cleaning – Quick and Hassle-Free Cleaning the Vertuo Next is incredibly simple. After brewing, the used capsules are automatically ejected into the container, which holds multiple pods before needing to be emptied. The drip tray is also adjustable and removable, making it easy to clean up any spills. The machine has a descaling alert that lets me know when it’s time for a deep clean, and the process itself is straightforward using the Nespresso descaling kit. In just a few minutes, the machine is sparkling clean and ready to go. Build Quality – Sleek and Durable The build quality of the Vertuo Next is impressive. It has a modern and minimalist design that looks beautiful on my kitchen counter. Despite its stylish appearance, it feels sturdy and well-made. The materials are high-quality, and all the components fit together seamlessly. I also appreciate the use of recycled materials in its construction, which is a thoughtful touch from Nespresso. It’s evident that the machine is built to last, making it a smart long-term investment. Size – Compact and Space-Saving One of the things I love most about the Vertuo Next is its compact size. At just 5.5 inches wide, it doesn’t take up much space, making it ideal for small kitchens, apartments, or office spaces. Despite its small footprint, it still brews both coffee and espresso, offering the versatility of a larger machine without the bulk. Brew Time – Fast and Convenient If you’re someone who values a quick cup of coffee, the Vertuo Next won’t disappoint. It has an impressive brew time, typically producing a fresh cup of coffee in about 90 seconds. The machine heats up in just 30 seconds, so I don’t have to wait long for my morning caffeine fix. I also love the one-touch operation. Simply pop in a pod, press the button, and the machine reads the pod’s barcode to adjust the brew time and settings automatically. It’s a hassle-free experience that makes every cup perfect. Brew Speed – Efficient and Reliable Not only is the brew time quick, but the brew speed remains consistent. Whether I’m making a single espresso shot or a large mug of coffee, the machine delivers the same high-quality results in record time. It’s perfect for busy mornings when I need my coffee fast. Plus, the machine’s energy-saving mode automatically turns it off after a period of inactivity, helping to save electricity without sacrificing performance. Final Thoughts – Highly Recommended! The Nespresso Vertuo Next Coffee and Espresso Machine has truly transformed my coffee routine. It offers barista-quality coffee at home with minimal effort, and the sleek design fits beautifully in any kitchen. With its fast brew time, reliable build quality, and easy maintenance, it’s the perfect addition for anyone who loves great coffee. If you’re looking for a convenient way to enjoy café-quality coffee and espresso at home, I highly recommend this machine. You won’t be disappointed! ... show more

A flavorful coffee maker
Style: Machine Only Color: Red
I have owned more coffee makers than I can probably name. I have (or have had) a french press, an electric percolator, a stove top percolator, moka pot, pour over, Senseo, tassimo. Keurig, mr coffee drip, HB Flex Brew, and many off brand variants of some of the previously mentioned. I like coffee. I prefer darker and bold. But different roasts have their place. Some makers do better with some blends than others are able to do. Some of my methods are manual and others automatic. Lately, I tend more towards the automatic simply because of convenience and speed. No way I'm gonna stumble out of bed on a work day and mess with a moka pot. I want coffee and I want it immediately. So, have owned all these I do have favorites among the one cup variety. The Senseo was my first and it changed how I felt about coffee. It really did make great coffee and the pods(?) started out reasonably priced but then became outrageously expensive (probably not by what we've come to accept today but back then a $1+ each was like paying $5 for gas). Honestly, the one I remember liking the best was the tassimo. Really, nice cup. Very finicky cleaning issues though. I put it up when discs became too expensive, but fortunately about about a year later our local Clearance Outlet had packages for $2 each! I was able to buy 30 or more and use it until it died. I will say I like the Nespresso about as much. I already had the original line Nespresso. We bought the Plus version for my mother-in-law and I got to use it and liked it. I bought the Next because I thought it's be easier to brew the 18oz and split it with my wife with less fuss. In hind sight I would have gone with the Plus. I like the motorized open and close and well the Carafe only has to choices. I tried on and don't want to spend the money to try the other. OTOH, I love all the sampler pack. Awsome sinlge and double espressos all the way up to the "coffee" size. It does get expensive. To help with that I bought the silicone caps for refill. Our usual bean we buy and grind didn't to so hot. I might have to go the final 2 clicks on the "fine" grind setting. But, Cafe Bustello is fabulous - almost a chocolate taste. I get plenty of crema. Actually, the Next makes so much crema we had to get bigger cups just to hold it. Your mileage will vary depending on your likes. I've only had it since Christmas so we haven't been able to try different coffees and grinds yet. There isn't much fuss with refilling your own pods. The most work is cutting off the old foil. I find those coffee scoops that open like tongs and have the funnel shaped top for pouring is exactly the right amount for a "coffee" size refill. Just pour it in and put the silicone cap on. No need to tamp or anything. Hope you enjoy yours as much as I do mine. ... show more

I won’t lie, this was a bit of a blind buy for me during Prime Days as it was on a great deal for both the Nespresso machine and frother. It worked out perfect for me as I found out the Vertuo Next supports the XL pods for iced coffee, cold brew and pour-over unlike some other Vertuo machines. As somebody who used to work at a coffee shop the noise doesn’t seem to be bothersome and the coffee brews pretty quickly. I find the taste and variety of the pods to be really great and easy for everyone to find what they like, the sample kit it a great way to start! Only thing that annoys me is that you have to wake the machine up before inserting a pod (unlike Keurig) unless the machine won’t start brewing, however that’s just something for me to remember, not necessarily a problem. I don’t have my coffee machine elevated and can fit a travel mug underneath very easily and it won’t spill! The “cup shelf” makes it also very easy to brew espresso in a small cup without coffee dripping around. The app is also great tool to utilize for support, ordering pods and connecting to your machine. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase and based on previous reviews about durability I would recommend purchasing the extended warranty through Amazon just to be safe. ... show more
