I did a lot of research before buying not one but two of these! I loved the first one so much that I needed another for my office. This thing is small, compact, so easy to use, so easy with cleanup, and just user-friendly all around. And the froth on this thing!!! Omg, it's amazing. After figuring out the settings and brewing that I liked, plus which flavored pods I like, this coffee that I make - in the comfort of my own surroundings - is even better than half of the coffee shops around here! None of them beat the froth. Worth every dollar!

Love this coffee maker. After reading many reviews, I decided to use whole milk in the frother and have not had any issues. Made some nice cups of cappuccino for my family to enjoy. Clean up is easy with the press of a button the frother cleans itself out, and detaches to store the container in the fridge for later.

Was worried about the automatic frother as that seemed to be what the complaint was from most reviews that were 2 stars or lower. Works like a charm and really easy to control how much of a foam you get. Just came back from Italy last Friday where we judge distance by Cappuccinos per mile or CPM and I've got to say that this little unit puts out a great drink and seems pretty straightforward to clean. Now my father wants to keep this one and I will probably order another for my house. I looked at a LOT of machines and for the price point this really seemed the best. Getting extra drink options wasn't', to me, really worth the extra $300 or more.

I just got this machine last week. So far I love, love this machine. Saves so much money at Starbucks. Low space footprint on the countertop. Very solid and precision feel. Makes the great drinks you know and love and some new combos I haven't thought of yet.. Exploring the pods and their strengths right now. I have been a french press user up to this point but Very happy with this new way of making coffee based drinks at this point.

Purchased August 2022. First time I tried to descale, it locked up and wouldn’t work at all. I left their customer service talk me into returning it for them to fix. That was a joke. I got it back and the descaling light has never gone off, plus I can’t get the descale mode to work. I have used it the last 6 months with the descale light flashing but the machine frother finally quit working completely. Of course I just bought espresso pods. So I will use the pods for regular coffee and throw away this piece of junk. $500 for a machine that never worked right from day one.

I purchased this product used. It arrived with a crushed outer box and a damaged but uncrushed inner box. Upon plugging it in the descale light was illuminated and the frother had little power despite my attempts to clean the frother with the clean button that you hold down. After descaling the unit, the system works good and I am happy with my purchase. While this system cannot compete with my DeLonghi Eletta machine, it is a great compact machine we plan to enjoy while camping. This has been my first day using the unit so we will see how it goes over time.

I just love this coffee machine. I got a great deal on it, by ordering a floor sample. The manual was easy to read, as it was to assemble and use the machine. Still figuring out the different settings on coffee-milk ratio. This is my second De’Longhi Nespresso machine. My old one was the De'Longhi Inissia with separate milk frother. It lasted for quite some time. It still works, but I was ready to size up. Wish it would fit my travel mug. Otherwise, I would recommend this coffee maker.

I love this machine. It is fast it is quiet it makes the best cuppa coffee I've ever had at home. One of my favorite things is being able to adjust the amount of milk it puts out. But all together this is a great machine worth every dime.
