  • COMPANY DOES NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. Awful Company.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Also, check Amazons policies for returns as well. They would not let me return it because it was probably this company’s policies. This machine is ONLY 3 months old. I contacted this company thru email (only way you can) 6 times now for a few reasons. The pressure gauge NEVER has gone up (I didn’t realize thus til this month.) I am new to making espresso! The gauge showing the celsius has gone from 98 degrees to 92 degrees. EVERY ANSWER FROM THEM WAS… It is most likely the coffee grounds. I have sent pictures of everything they requested , time and time again, and they kinda said it’s the coffee grounds. There is a YEAR WARRANTY on this product as well! I am so very, very upset. ... show more

  • A bit of a learning curve but great espresso!
Color: Silver
I am no stranger to espresso machines. I have used professional-grade machines and had a long relationship with a home model that lasted me many years. This espresso machine is a bit different than the others, and a good, thorough reading of the manual is definitely recommended. This machine brews quickly, it cleans easily, and I love the color, and the size isn't overwhelming for my kitchen counter. So far, I like it very much. You get all the accessories, and I absolutely LOVE the tamper! It has a really nice weight in my hand, and is far better than the plastic ones other brands include. That being said, the only drawback is the efficacy of the steaming wand. I am just not impressed with it compared to any of the other machines that I have used. ... show more

  • Your Morning Just Got Better
Color: Silver
Arrived quickly and in good condition. Having tested this espresso/coffee maker for two full days now, I am happy to report that this particular machine is way better than I had hoped it would be. I love my cup of coffee. Have to have it, whether it's early morning, late afternoon or sitting here writing this report for all of you. Most of all, it's got to be a good cup of java, there's nothing worse than bitter, nasty tasting sludge in your cup am I right? So first of all, this espresso maker has switches and not buttons. That makes a big difference when you're loading up your portafilter because you can't accidently brush across something and start the thing brewing when you're not ready. I know about this because my wife uses her own little espresso maker and I've done that several times. The switches are also better placed and each has a clear function. From left to right, there's four switches. Switch one is your power on/off. Flip that, and within about fifteen seconds, the clearly readable display will tell you the water is at 198 degrees F. Ready to go, you move on to either switch two or three. Switch number two allows you control over how much water comes out. So, say you load up your two shot portafilter to the max. Tamp it down, get it in place, but you're not making two cups of espresso. You want that double shot all to yourself. Then you flip the switch and watch until the cup fills to just where you want it, then flip it off again. Switch three is auto. hit that one and in thirty seconds, you'll have four ounces of pure bliss that you can either split into two espresso cups, or have a good strong small cup for yourself. I myself find the auto function easier for me, but I can see circumstances where you'd like to be able to try something different. Lastly, switch four is for the steamer wand, which tucks away nicely when not in use. Swing the arm out via the rubber coating that's high up the arm itself to prevent burns. Get your liquid that you wish to froth ready in the included 8 oz. decanter. You can use either milk or even better, I use a liquid flavored creamer for that coffee shop flavor. Set your decanter with the tip of the wand in the liquid and flip the switch, while turning the knob on the top side of the machine. It takes about thirty seconds to froth the liquid into a really nice foam. Now, the one I received didn't have the tamper that's shown, but it did include a coffee scoop/tamper. In other words, one side of the thing was a scoop for the coffee, while the other side was flat for tamping down the coffee into the filter. Another thing to note is that the removeable water tank should be taken off before your first use and the little red plug removed from the machine. I imagine it's there to prevent dust from getting into the tank or air vents during storage and transport. Lastly, I'll say this. You can shop around and you'll see espresso makers for less than this one. However, you get what you pay for. Like I said in the beginning, my wife has an espresso maker, but it's far inferior to this machine. This machine's coffee tastes so much better, the switches make a big difference in operation, and with the holidays creeping up on us so quickly, this might be a good time to get one of these for that coffee lover in your life. Five stars. ... show more

  • Espresso Lover's View
Color: Silver
I've been a longtime espresso enthusiast, and my journey has been a bit of a rollercoaster. I started with a cheap stovetop, moved to a decent pod machine for convenience, but always missed that true, creamy espresso shot. After that pod machine finally gave out, I decided it was time to invest in a machine that could satisfy my craving for a real, quality espresso. The Neretva Retro machine has done that and so much more. My love for espresso runs deep, and for years, finding the perfect at-home setup felt like an endless quest. I've been through the wringer with various machines, always searching for that elusive shot that transports you to a bustling Italian cafe. My latest attempt to satisfy this craving led me to the Neretva Espresso Coffee Machine, and let me tell you, it's been a game-changer. From the moment I unboxed this beauty, I was impressed. The retro design is not just a aesthetic touch; it feels solid and well-built, a testament to its professional capabilities. But the true test, of course, is the espresso itself. And this is where the Neretva truly shines. The 15-bar pressure delivers consistently rich and aromatic shots with a crema that is nothing short of perfection. The pressure gauge is a fantastic addition, allowing for precise control and a deeper understanding of the brewing process – a detail that any serious home barista will appreciate. And the milk frother? Absolutely top-notch. I can now create lattes and cappuccinos with velvety smooth foam that I previously only dreamed of achieving at home. This machine has elevated my morning routine into a genuine ritual, a moment of pure bliss centered around the perfect cup of espresso. It's not just a coffee machine; it's an investment in daily happiness for any espresso lover. This machine comes highly recommended for purchase by me! ... show more
