I like this machine It is very easy to clean, takes not much counter space, and It seems to cook well, I think, but I can't be sure until I try a few more recipes other than the ones included with the machine. , I do have to complain a little about the instruction/recipe book. The instruction book gives no recipe for anything like banana bread, and doesn't say anywhere what setting to use if making banana/zuchinni/etc. bread. I've tried two different setting now (banana and zuchinni bread) and neither cooked through without adding an hour of time. The French bread recipe, which I made, was very unlike any french bread I've ever had before. Basically it was just a loaf of plain, dense, white bread that had a soft crust. And please manufacturer, what the heck is "toast dough", or "dessert"? I couldn't tell from the recipes and there was zero explanation. And my even bigger question, what is DRIED MEAT FLOSS??? I'm stumped on that one too. Meat floss? Yikes. Oh yeah, there is a setting called ferment, which is basically just for thawing store-bought frozed dough. Really? If I was doing that, why would I pay this much for a bread machine? There are a very minimum number of recipes, and for the most part they look to be pretty useless. The instruction book doesn't say what temp that the cake setting heats at, so I don't know how to adjust for a different cake recipe.... But, all that aside, I think that the machine is going to work great once I fine tune a few things in what settings I need to use. This is my 4th bread machine over the years. I wore out all my other ones, so I am not a novice at this, but I wish I could go back to one of those older machines I had that didn't the excessive number of settings that I really don't want or need. ... show more

This is a fantastic bread machine with far more settings than my old machine, and does a better job of preparing my dough. So far I baked a test loaf from the recipes in the book, made two loaves of cinnamon raisin bread, then dough for a rye loaf and a milk bread loaf. I'm noticing with my dough that's transferred to a Pullman pan for the oven, the loaves are coming out a lot more moist and softer. I could likely improve upon these loaves by rolling the dough flat and rolling them into a cylinder for the pan, but just pressing a log down into the pan is still working out fantastic. I also made two pizza crust doughs - this machine works the dough where it ends up with crispy edges and doesn't rise too thick during baking. I did attempt one bread machine cake recipe, but this machine didn't bake that one long enough. I did use the stand alone bake setting which finished it, but due to the gap in baking time, it sank in the middle. It was still a tasty, moist cake, if a bit dense. My husband had no complaints and ate the whole thing. Beware of some recipes - the authors of said recipes don't really tell you how long something should cook in their estimation, and it might turn out a bit undercooked. The chart in the manual for this machine is accurate for what to expect with each cycle. Keep that on hand, because I can tell you the one test bread came out of the manual and it turned out fantastic. We used slices from that loaf for several meals. I've already gotten fantastic use out of this new machine, and I love the look. It's fantastic and I look forward to many years of fresh breads to come. ... show more

i was worried because some of the reviews said the instructions were unclear but they were VERY detailed with time charts and pictures. i use my own vegan bread recipe but it has a lot of detailed recipes included in the manual. it’s very light and smaller than i thought which is perfect because i can leave it on my counter. the bread loaves are pretty small but i delay start the time to have fresh bread everyday ... show more

Beautiful looking product but I was concerned that I made a mistake right away when I unboxed the product. The instructions very sketchy and customer support and warranty are non-existent. This is my second bread machine so I have experience with these things. I would never use one of the recipes that are provided in the manual. I used recipes that I used on a Cuisinart and it worked perfectly. The machine is much quieter than my Cuisinart and the bread was perfect. My Cuisinart convection bread maker was very loud, the crust is always too hard, and the cycles are over 4 hours long. So I am very happy as long as it continues to work. There isn't even a web site with support. This is an entirely Chinese brand. ... show more

We are trying to eat better and as carb lovers, an important part for me was baking our own bread without so many things in it. As a result, we use this bread machine to bake about three loaves a week. It does amazing and is easy to clean, set up, etc. Some of the instructions seem to have been mistranslated a bit (and the loaves are in grams instead of pounds) but it is still an amazing machine. ... show more

It is my first time making my own bread. I have to say its a learning curve, definitely make sure to follow instructions and upon purchasing a bread recipe book I found that its important to have each ingredient a certain temperature. I wish the booklet that came with it said that! But seriously best machine, easy to clean, works great and makes amazing bread! I had been waiting to review this bread machine until I could figure out if it was machine error or operator error. I have come to the conclusion that it was a mix of both. When I first ordered this, I tried using the basic bread recipe about 2-3 times and each time the bread came out gooey and sunken in. I had been using the recipe provided with the machine. I actually contacted the seller to request a refund but I was past the return window. I let it sit on my counter for almost a year until finally I decided to research more recipes to try that others have successfully tried with this machine. Thats when I discovered recipes on Tiktok and I have been able to make edible bread! ... show more
