Overview: It took me a while to get bread right with this machine. I made several hockey pucks. This is because the instructions are incomplete. Marketing wanted to show how easy it is and it is pretty easy but not that easy. It's probably costing them returns for a machine that works fine but the buyer doesn't know how to use it. The Missing Info: First, use water and/or milk that's about 120F. The instructions say 110F-ish but that's where all the combined liquids should be. In a separate mixing bowl, put some warm water in it to warm it up and dump it out. Mix your liquids (water, milk, eggs, yogurt, etc.) together with the salt and sugar. Use a whisk to fully mix them. Put some warm water in the bread pan to warm it up and pour it out. Then add the mixed liquids. Then proceed as normal, adding the flour(s) & wheat gluten, if needed. They should fully cover all the liquids. Make a small well in the flours and add the yeast. Immediately put it in the machine and start it. It's in the instructions but you may have missed it. Check the dough at about the 10 minute mark and see how it looks when it is spinning. It should be a smooth ball without gaps and nothing sticking to the side of the pan. If it's not balling up because it's dry, add water a TBS at a time. If it's so wet, it's not balling up, add bread wheat a TBS at a time until it balls up. Update your changes in your recipe.

The easiest machine ever. Excellent quality. Comes with everything needed (measuring cup and spoons) to add the ingredients. Has numerous breads labeled on the top for easy access to set temp, and comes with a mit to remove. Makes 1.5 lb loaves and 2 lb loaves. See through top to keep track and the book tells you the step by step cycles it goes through. Simple as add all ingredients and turn on. Kneeds, mixes, rests, rises,and bakes all by itself. Beautiful design and well worth the month compared to other more expensive ones. Made my 1st loaf and it's perfect. Excellent 5 outta 5 and I never give that.

I have now used this several times and it makes great bread. It turns out great every time as long as you follow the instructions with wet ingredients on the bottom, then sugar, salt, flour, and finally yeast on top. I make a small loaf a week for myself. I will not be buying bread again. It looks great out on my counter top in my small kitchen but is small enough to store without taking up much space. This works very well, the noise is barely noticeable, great quality, and for the person that has a hard time getting the paddle out, you have to do it while it is warm. Great price great quality.

I like this machine It is very easy to clean, takes not much counter space, and It seems to cook well, I think, but I can't be sure until I try a few more recipes other than the ones included with the machine. , I do have to complain a little about the instruction/recipe book. The instruction book gives no recipe for anything like banana bread, and doesn't say anywhere what setting to use if making banana/zuchinni/etc. bread. I've tried two different setting now (banana and zuchinni bread) and neither cooked through without adding an hour of time. The French bread recipe, which I made, was very unlike any french bread I've ever had before. Basically it was just a loaf of plain, dense, white bread that had a soft crust. And please manufacturer, what the heck is "toast dough", or "dessert"? I couldn't tell from the recipes and there was zero explanation. And my even bigger question, what is DRIED MEAT FLOSS??? I'm stumped on that one too. Meat floss? Yikes. Oh yeah, there is a setting called ferment, which is basically just for thawing store-bought frozed dough. Really? If I was doing that, why would I pay this much for a bread machine? There are a very minimum number of recipes, and for the most part they look to be pretty useless. The instruction book doesn't say what temp that the cake setting heats at, so I don't know how to adjust for a different cake recipe.... But, all that aside, I think that the machine is going to work great once I fine tune a few things in what settings I need to use. This is my 4th bread machine over the years. I wore out all my other ones, so I am not a novice at this, but I wish I could go back to one of those older machines I had that didn't the excessive number of settings that I really don't want or need.

We LOVE this bread maker SO MUCH!! It made making my homemade bread so much easier and such a breeze! This machine was so simple to use and we love the color. Very pleased with this purchase, I'm just sad it took me so long to get one! I can't stress how much easier it would have made all the times I mixed, kneaded etc all my bread recipes I've made. It does all the work for me and the results are delicious. Really. I'm impressed. Will be using this a lot. Will probably not buy bread again. Highly recommend.

Love the size of the bread maker, does not take a lot of counter space. Easy to use settings for making breads and pizza dough. We have found this easier to clean than other bread makers. The heating element is on the sides instead of the bottom like the previous bread maker we had. Bread maker weighs much less than our old one. We found this to be the best value for our money. I liked the color selection available. Bread maker makes quality breads, dough, and much more. Booklet comes with a few recipes and lists of ingredients needed. Overall great purchase for our needs.
