Bread consistency is great. Quiet and does not over bake the bottom of bread like most. I do wish it would have come with or offered a bread book recipe guide for this machine. Just a few recipes inside and you'll have to play with your other recipes to have them come out. But all in all, one of the nicest bread machines Ive owned. Updating my review after a month, reduced by one star. The lid is already uneven like when you close the lid it no longer aligns with the machine and heat escapes. The exposed heating elements are fine but if you even get a sprinkle of flour outside of the bucket it will smoke up but I just fill the bucket outside of the machine now. The plasticiness of it does feel cheap but otherwise its been working as intended! I don't like that it doesn't beep before the last rise starts so you can take the mixing paddle out and not have a huge hole in the bottom of your bread by leaving it in so I just set a timer separately for when its time to do that. But a very loud beeping happens when the nut/seed dispenser opens which feels unnecessary because the dispenser is dispensing what you're adding no action is really required at this step. I don't see this machine lasting super long but I don't regret buying it! ... show more
