Looks great and works well, but the unit is very short. In fact, you can not fit a coffee mug under the dispenser. You can only fit little espresso cups or a very small coffee cup. This is sort of a pain because when making a cappuccino, I need to use a small espresso cup and then transfer the brew to a larger cup before I add the frothed milk. This dirties another cup. Bought thus for the wife for valentine's day. She started noticing discoloration when cleaning where the coffee goes. This went on for a few days. That and she started getting sick every time she had a coffee. Sore thought, feeling like crap. She bought a coffee this morning and passed on using the machine and felt great all day. I recommend not purchasing this machine. We have never had this problem with other espresso machines. Also our house had a full house filtration on it. Value is reasonable, Taste is top of the line, Flow is fast and speedy. Appearance is exceptional. The only problem in my case was a severe discoloration in the portafilter as seen in the photos.
