Great looking and even with the black it is mirrored reflector inside so you can see as you should unlike some also when installing I recommend test fit first you will have to trim some areas to fit so everything will have smooth look when fully installed just a mold tab or two

    • Great face lift for 1996 F-150 but not easy!

I gave this product 4 stars because it’s not 100% perfect fit as described. It does a fit a 1996 F150 but you have to customize it a bit to make the bulbs fit are able to be secured in the headlight correctly. Had to sand down the sockets inside the headset to make them thinner and wider to insert the light bulb. Also once they are installed the light adjusters that raises the headlight up and down does not work (well at least mine did not). I returned one set of headlights due to the issues with the lights not fitting correctly. On the second set I just had to rig it so it could fit. Also if compared to the original headlights they are not the same exact size. These are smaller and you will need to play with them to adjust them so they can be centered and look good on the truck. That was a pain in the rear but was able to get it to look good. Once that is done they look great and the price is a lot less than other prices out there. Once you get them installed they look great. Really feel the whole “get what you pay for” feeling while installing them though. Also, I’m sure they’re going to fog up before line cause they aren’t sealed.

Every thing went well they look and shine bright as day only thing was on the parking light the pigtail did not fit correctly and mine are new pigtail also on the side marker. I had to trim pigtails to widen for fitment other than that the set are actually really nice

Tip!! I've installed these headlights many times. Doable but not a fun job.. Be prepared to buy new clips that hold your headlight in because you old clips will break while removing your old headlights.. and get some pb blaster or wd40 if you prefer for old rusted screws. Pros.. They look great Can see alot better Affordable Look way better than your old foggy headlights Cons.. They don't quite fit like oem Had to rig the bulbs to the housing ... show more

If you’re looking to replace your headlight housings, make sure you purchase a set that comes with new hardware or get new hardware separately. It’s not a direct match so there is some futsing around. All in all, not a bad product. Just wish it came with necessary hardware.
