I liked it very much at first sight, checked the manual, the operation is very simple, this machine is very easy to use, I use my own coffee powder and filtered water, this machine is basically plug and play. The dispenser is easy to clean, as is the drip tray since it can be removed or anything else wiped down. I like that the tank is removable because I can fill it with filtered water and take it to my machine. The hot water arm is great, I often use it to quickly heat water for tea, so it's a great value for me. The machine also has a small footprint and I can slide it into where I used to have a small kettle and cups. Overall, this is a great machine, perfect for a cup of coffee and a quick way to hear how much water you might need.

What I like: The look is retro and very cute. Yes, the machine is mostly plastic; it would cost a lot more if it were a solid stainless machine. The espresso tastes delicious. The single or double shot feature works very well. For people sensitive to caffeine the double-shot is more manageable. I personally use one single and one double shot for a 12 oz. latte. I love that the top of the machine doubles as a warmer, so if you are patient you can turn it on 15 minutes before brewing and get the cups hot, or keep your extra steamed milk waiting for a second round! I noticed some reviews claim that the steamer intermittently shoots water and steam- that also happened to me on my first try because I didn't press the steamer button and wait for it to stop blinking. The water will shoot out of the steamer if left in espresso mode; maybe that was the issue because I've had other machines that automatically switch from water to steam just by opening the steamer. What could be better: As other reviewers noted, the dial goes up to 20 bar, but the machine is not performing at 20 bar. However, the dial sure looks cool, just saying! I haven't seen any 20 bar machines for the same price; you get what you pay for. The other disadvantage is that the settings buttons are where my hand tends to be when I am changing out the grounds. So I've bumped the buttons and started brewing without coffee attached and had to pull the plug. But I'm guessing that I will adapt, and also the lock mechanism for the filter will get less stiff with more use, so I won't be grabbing the machine in the same way after a while. Besides, the buttons look very retro right at the front of the machine- did I mention how pretty this machine is? I'm happy with my purchase.

This is garbage. Absolute garbage. No way can it make even one shot of proper espresso. No way can it build the pressure needed to do so. Shame on me for trying to save money and be frugal. I guess you get what you pay for. This is nothing more than a coffee machine that makes one shot at a time with massive amounts of prep time. Such a waste!!

It is very beautiful machine! It is easy to use and it makes the perfect espresso every time! The espresso basket have a metal filter that is easy washed and re-used! It does not take up much room on counter! Overall it is good machine for the casual coffee drinker such as myself ! Recommend it

I am absolutely unimpressed with this machine. It's awful to work with. I have yet to see the pressure gauge work, you have to hold it down with all your strength to tighten the portafilter. I am going to drain the tank and ship it back. I have gave it my best shot. . .but It is not what I was hoping it would be. Yes, I have experience . .I worked as a barista for 2 years. Oh, and if you move it and the water tank loosens all the water in the tank leaks all over your counter.

I have had this espresso machine for awhile. It initially was a game changer that allowed me to be more economical with my coffee. I loved it. For context below, I come from the professional chef world... so I know how to clean appliances. Unfortunately, about six months ago, I decided to give it some love and clean it. All I did was wipe it down, while unplugged, with a damp towel. In the end it started behaving weirdly and for a good day I couldn't even get it to start up. Finally, I can make espresso, but I cannot use the wand. It just shoots water back into the espresso cup. Ultimately, a product that cannot be cleaned is a worthless product. Spend your money elsewhere
