    • Manual Incline Adjustment
The AI question response said you can adjust the incline with the remote or app, but you can’t. You have to manually change it. This is not an easy item to return due to the size and weight. That’s frustrating. It was a specific feature I was looking for. It also didn’t come with the large washer you need for the incline adjustment. The manual mentions folding it but it does not fold. I also can’t find any mention of the app in the manual or in the App Store. ... show more

When i am coming to 45 years old age, i found i will gain weight even if i do not eat more. I heard that walking on an inclined running machine will not hurt the knee and it can burn your calories quickly. I bought this one. It works great. I have an inclined 20 with a speed 4 and walked for 30 mins each day in the past week since it was delivered. I lost 0.8lb this morning when i weighed myself. I had lots of sweat when i walked on it.
