I had ordered a different one and returned it immediately because it only had one moving part on each foot in your arch did nothing for massaging your whole foot. This one has three moving parts per foot and massages from your toes all the way to your heels. Only thing is I wish that the heat was a little bit warmer, but it works perfectly. UPDATE, since the package looked like it had been resealed this was actually someone’s return and it didn’t work when it was supposed to turn off at 15 minutes and started to smell. First of all, it was very helpful for relieving plantar fasciitis pain. But this is the second one I have purchased and both have lasted just over a year. The material showed obvious signs of wear after just a few months...not a big deal, since I used it every day for about 15 minutes, and some wear and tear is expected. But after 16 months, the heat function is no longer working. And I'm hearing sounds that make me think the motor is about to stop working...especially considering the speed of movement is no longer consistent. It would be a good product if it laster longer...it's just not worth paying $50 a year for in my opinion. Would like to see a more durable model. ... show more

It was easy so set up, pull out the box, and start using, which is helpful for those with mobility issues. My parents both say the heat and massaging features help after a long day at work, and their only complaint is that its not wireless but its not a deal breaker.
